Got $5 meal deal. They were out of the chicken and didn't SAY they were out but instead substituted medium fries instead of small. Person at drivethru window claimed she told me. Maybe -- I didn't hear it and I certainly didn't CONFIRM that it would be okay to substitute a measly bit of fried potatoes for the meat I was supposed to get. I didn't want to hold up the line so I left and phoned them. Got an answering machine that didn't identify who I'd called (but I'm certain it was their published number). Left message. Two days later, haven't heard back. Never, ever going back.Incidentally: burger is tiny.

The woman at the intercom was very rude !! It was no one behind us in the line and our food was still cold and was completely wrong. This id a disgrace! The workers was literally making food for themselves.

Waited a little longer thought maybe they were closed drove up, when I passed by the drive-through window noticed a worker standing playing on her phone, was nevet able to place an order...didn't move when I drove pass the window

I did NOT LIKE the attitude of the girl taking my order at the window. She was extremely rude. Looked like she definitely didn't want to b working. I did comment about her rudeness to her. When I reached the window. She commented. She wasn't rude. I corrected her.I work with the public daily. I would never dream of treating my customers the way this girl did.
