Fast service, good good, and friendly workers. Borh drive thru lanes were PACKED and extending out into the parking lot and we still didnt have to wait long. We were in and out.

We frequent this location VERY often. We’ve had a few things happen with our food(i.e. missing food, food undercooked, or etc) but we let it slide being it happens. As a food industry employee from years ago someone isn’t following food safety protocols in this establishment! This recent incident has made me NEVER want to go back to this location again. I knew new iberia having a chick fil a wasn’t the best option because they can’t withhold the same quality as chick fil a’s normally do. I was eating my macaroni and got a crunchy piece so I thought maybe it’s an egg shell or something. Then I found what I’m guessing it’s a bug or something object. And finally there was a LONGGGG piece of black hair at the bottom of my cup. Let’s just say my whole meal went down the drain. As a pregnant mama who craves chick fil a very often this is truly depressing. I don’t even want to eat my salad or grilled chicken nuggets because what if it has something in those too? ??

Tenders was very small. The little box of 4 tenders was for my husband and look like it was for a 6 year old. Food is really good just not worth the price you pay. I would have had to order 2 orders for him. I had to stop somewhere else about an hour later on our trip to find him something else.

I put this because I was in curbside and watched 5 others come and go and had to talk to 2 different people to finally get our food. I love how fast the drive-through is, but I hate how people in the back get their food before the people in the front and you can't get out of line.
The location was clean, the staff were super friendly and respectful, and the food was what you should expect from Chic-fil-A. This is definitely the place to grab breakfast when en route from Lafourche to Lafayette.

I don't understand the point of the mobile order. If you place a mobile order your food should be ready when you get there. That's not the case because when I get there I have to wait for my food to be cooked. Ridiculous!!
