It's a good place to eat some Chinese food for lunch or dinner, and if you're in a rush you can just walk in and grab a plastic to-go plate and put what you want in it and you pay per pound. The sushi is good too for the price. Try it with the eel sauce, they usually keep a bottle at the end of the sushi bar, its a thick black sauce that tastes like soy sauce. Decent place overall.Vegetarian options: There's nothing that specifies if the food is vegetarian but they have a salad bar and some other options usually that would be considered vegetarian.

The food is decent. "Sushi" is ok but mostly fake crab, not real fish. Buffet prices are fair for the to go plates. My wife and i normally eat at least 2 times each of what we get for 35 dollars.
