On 9/13/23, I ordered on the app at 6:30 PM to eat in the restaurant. When I walked in, I was told they were closed. Mind you, it’s 6:30 PM and the restaurant is supposed to close at 11. I said the app didn’t say it was closed and I already ordered? They told me they would give me a refund. I sent a message on the app explaining the situation, and was told the restaurant would have to do the refund and that they would reach out to them. 3 days later on 9/16/23 the pending charge went through. I don’t know about y’all but I’m a SINGLE MOM and two McDonalds meals is ALOT FOR ME. (Plus my points on the app that I used for one of the burgers that I have not gotten back!!) I reached out AGAIN on the app and asked that somebody would contact. This has not happened yet, it is 9/18/23, I still have not received my money back nor my points nor has anybody at all reached out!!! Please give me my money back & my points too because that was also MY MONEY. THANK YOU!
