Got the smash burger with fries. Everything was great. Happy with food to price ratio. Fries surprised me at how good they were.

I've been meaning to try Neon Pig for the longest, but they seemed to always be closed when I have time to go out. But finally got the chance tooShort Review, it didn't disappoint at all and it hit hard.To elaborate, My Wife and I had gotten the smash burger, no pickles in a combo. When I saw it on the website I was very hesitant about it cause I thought it was gonna be like a slider. Nah, that Thang is a gorillas fist. And it's portion so well with the wedges. The red onions gave it a sweetness that paired really well with the meat and that melted all American cheese. The meat itself had a bit of a gyro taste which isn't bad at all. And it definitely wasnt a greasy slop that some places are. It felt filling and sustainably clean after eating it. The sauce itself really brings the burger together. The wedges are seasoned well with salt, black pepper and what I think was red pepper flakes. Don't get discouraged on the size because, as I said, it's portioned perfectly with the burger. They also got that good ice that looks crushed but their actually in chunks like crystals. However, you might want to go easy on the ice when you get your drink. There wasn't much soft drink left, to finish with my meal. Then again, I could be inhaling my drink like a fish.Service was very nice and felt opening.A good time to go, would be around 2pm-5pm. At least that's when I went. We couldn't tell if we were allowed to eat our meal there or not. I'm sure it was, but the conversation my wife and I had came to the conclusion that it felt a little awkward to just sit there and eat. Maybe if they had the parking lines repainted, cause I wasn't sure where to park at first too. And a seating area in the front of that crawfish place to have a shared area where people have the option to sit and eat. But that's why it felt a little awkward because we weren't sure if we could stay there and eat, or move on to let another customer park there. Wait time is between 5-10 mins to get your food if it ain't too busy. If your on lunch and/or a budget, can't go wrong with just the burger and a soft drink.Overall, amazing experience. You'll definitely catch me there again.

I had a great burger here. Totally homemade and big juicy patties. Great sauces. I has the Smash. I also loved the fries. Thin hand cut potato slices. Nice and crispy! Seasoned well. Will definitely come back to try another burger. I ordered a double burger but totally would have been satisfied with a single. Plenty of food.
