The Taco Salads That We Ordered Were Not Exactly What We Had Anticipated. Normally Other Establishments Version Of A Taco Salad Includes Spanish Rice, Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Avocados Or Guacamole, Sour Cream, & Pico De Gallo. The Temperature Of The Food Was Hot. Upon Leaving This Restaurant, We Observed One Of The Waitresses Bringing A Little Chihuahua Puppy Into The Restaurant. I Can Say That I Totally Disapprove Of Animals Of Any Kind In A Restaurant Where Food Is Being Served, & I'm Not Too Sure That I Will Be Patronizing This Pedro's Again.

I live in the San Francisco bay area. Visited relatives in New Iberia this week and dropped by Pedro for lunch. The food was really good and the marguerita was the best. Will be back on my next visit. Cheers!

I worked here. Workers get treated like trash, I've watched food get dropped on the floor and served, the front looks clean but I promise you the kitchen isn't,roaches are constantly in the back Near the employee bathroom and kitchen. Also most of the food is pre made and if it comes out cold they microwave it. Do not come to this restaurant, there's a good reason that it's dead 90% of the time and the turnover rate is so high.

I don't often give 5-star reviews but I felt that this visit here deserves it. I've been to this location a couple of times before and sadly when I went before, the review wouldn't be the same, but this time was definitely.Pros: Service was amazing, we were constantly being waited on by a young man named Elijah. He made sure we were taken cared of and he even held conversations about their new bellabot. Food tasted great, and the environment and atmosphere was clean and pretty modern and updated. The bellabot was the coolest thing I've ever seen.Cons: None. I really can't think of any for this visit. They are definitely on the right path again which is important.Overall: If they would continue to keep this standard, I can easily recommend this place to anyone who's never been there. Keep up the good work and we will be back again very soon!

So I'm out here every so often for work & I've had zero interest in stopping by. It wasn't until a good friend of mine suggested we give it a shot that I decided to do so. It's one of the biggest restaurants in this small town that I've seen. I don't know why I just expected it to be underwhelming & seeing the previous reviews I would have been right BUT those reviews are misleading if they're discussing customer service, food quality & overall esthetic of the restaurant! The inside is beautiful, very clean on the floor AND the bathrooms are clean. Very spacious & the bar area is nice. We went randomly on a Monday night but I could see it being a good time for happy hour if that's your thing. If there are passers by you definitely should check them out. I enjoyed everything we had & again, great customer service. I will definitely be back.

The service has declined since the opening of this New Iberia location. Poor service, high turnover on servers, manager doesn’t check up on tables, a robot brings chips and salsa to the table, food overpriced for lunch time meals, soda was watered down, and servers don’t check up on customers and see if you need a refill or anything. No wonder there wasn’t much business at lunch time. Sad to have to review this place, but management hasn’t taken care of this place properly. Not returning anytime soon.

We go to this place quite a bit tonight was super disappointing. My bf ordered seafood burrito it was cold he sent back 2x due to this before opting not to get again then when manager "NELSON" came over he acted as if we inconvenienced him. Then we get check and are charged for the burrito so we ask to have removed Nelson refused but our waitress was charged instead. What kind of horrible person does that it wasn't our waitress fault it was your cooking staff. Shane on Nelson for being a douche bag manager & overall person to treat his staff & consumers that way guess he doesn't need anyone's business & unless you are starving even in this small town I'd go elsewhere if Nelson is managing. Although I assume it won't be long before they are out of business with him running it.

We drove 2 hours to hear our friend The Flip Flop Man perform tonight. We didn’t expect such a wonderful experience! Excellent service. Superb meal. Great crowd, too! We all sang together. We laughed together. Even the manager, Nelson stopped by our table to say hello. Top notch restaurant. Also they have a robot that delivers chips and salsa. Pedros is living in 3022! We will definitely come again. So much fun!

Had birthday party today, food was good, staff was real nice and manager walked around and was real nice. The robot was a highlight and sang happy birthday.

Plenty of parking with easy in and out onto a major road. Well lite. The restaurant itself was well very clean and service was very good. They have a very good menu, and special lunch menu.

It's under new management and our waiter was so busy that we didn't get the service we should have. They were so packed for Cinco de Maya that sucked for her service. We didn't get all our food plus it was cold. No more business from us. No tip for her.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! We went eat at Pedro’s not to long ago my daughter ordered a burrito we ordered ours as we were eating it my daughter found a GUM in her food mind you she doesn’t know how to chew gum or we wasn’t chewing gum when we walked in because we knew we were about to eat. Called the manager and he told us gum was prohibited in the kitchen now the waitress who BROUGHT OUR FOOD OUT WAS CHEWING GUM! My kid could’ve caught something! I will never be going there ever again! Now I’m to paranoid to go eat out at restaurants as a family again because I now checked my kids food!
