An employee by the name of Sydney at the Admiral Doyle location did not provide my Coke like I asked for. Upon asking for it, I was told she would not be getting it because she didn’t have time. I stood there waiting for my drink and was completely ignored by Sydney. Once my pizza was made she left it on the counter and never even told me it was ready nor did she say it was ready. The service was absolutely abysmal and I will not be returning to this location again. Beyond appalled.

I recently had the most disappointing dining experience at Pizza Hut on Admiral Doyle in New Iberia. The pizza they served was not just cold; it was ancient, as if it had been sitting out for days. To make matters worse, my order wasn't even correct. It's baffling how a restaurant can get something as basic as a pizza order wrong. This visit was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut location to my worst enemy. If you're looking for a fresh, satisfying pizza, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

For the price you are charged, toppings should be plentiful. Ordered a super supreme and got a regular supreme, but was charged for a super supreme. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and got mostly the dough and cheese. The pepperoni had maybe 10 pepperoni on it. Very unsatisfied. Will never do business with this place ever again.

I haven't ordered pizza in this town in years due to a lack of customer service. I rolled the dice tonight and place an order. I get a call saying they are out of All of their medium dough. Huh? It's 6:30 on a Friday night. Then he's says I have to charge you for a large. I paid online and wasn't sure if my hubby had cash to pay the difference. So I have to call him and once I tried to call the store back from the number that called me, it was the call center. They transferred me to the store and no one answered. This is absolutely shameful.
