Every time I come here something is wrong. The food is never fresh. I mean they literally gave me an old dried burger. The drinks are always watery. The parking lot is filled with teenagers having a party I guess. I did submit a complaint to Sonic and they completely ignored it.

We ordered Rt 44 sparkling water with mango and lime. And cold brew iced coffee. The iced coffee was filled with ice all the way to top of cup. 4 sips of coffee and rest of ice. Not happy with the coffee drink. I will include a picture All ice!! Shame, shame!!!!

The slush was the best part of the order . Fries were cold and hard , burger patty was cold and not tasty . Wasted $10.00 . Order came in within a minute , so this must have been sitting there . You guys must do better .

The ice cream machines do not typically work. They also get orders wrong. They take a while to get orders out to the vehicle and are often short-staffed. Once changed, I'd love to change this review.

GRAPE NERD SLUSHYis the best. especially if you put it in your YETI. It will stay SLUSHY till the end. 2pm-4pm is 1/2 price.
This morning was horrible! First they gave me the number 16 with an egg that was so small and the bread was not toasted! Came back and the order was still wrong instead of sausage she gave me bacon and with cheese! I don’t think she looked at the receipt to see what I originally ordered! Not going to Sonic anymore! Messed up my breakfast!!?
My cheese sticks was hard and as i bit into cheese came out very cold & hard. Onion rings was COLD!

I purchased the new Buffalo Chicken Bites. The food is nothing like in the TV ad. It was very dry, and there wasn't any sauce in the bites. In the TV ad it looks nothing like what I ordered and received. Very disappointed.
