Regardless of speed, attention to detail when you pay for something matters. I understand we are human and subject to error, but the solution to the issue is read the order correctly. Not bashing here just stating facts. It's illegal to order and get your food and leave without paying, but to pay "extra" for an order due to what you ordered and not receive it, well then the establishment needs to be held accountable.
