The New Iberia, La location is the saddest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Where’s the cozy Starbucks feel? The tables look like they were bought at a garage sale… all the chairs are wood, no comfy chairs to enjoy my coffee. It’s also dirty. It’s empty right now, so it shouldn’t! be dirty… tables looked dirty so we sat on the wood chairs by the entry… the table is dirty with crumbs all over it. Step it up Starbucks, you should have higher standards here.

Enjoyed the little time I spent here, the barista mage was hilarious, very relatable with my hair situation, first time in Louisiana, I knew it was humid but man. Thanks for the drink, cheers!

I was in the area and in dire need of caffeine and a bite to eat. Went to the drive thru and it was easy in, out and on my way. I drank the coffee and ate the croissant too quickly to snap a picture.

P.S. Sadly this location has had some issues with the new hires. They hide 15 to 20 minutes before closing. Then they appear at 8:58 and say oh we are closed. I will take the short drive to Broussard from now on and have my order fixed correctly. The new guy with the short ponytail is horrible, he really needs to be retained.
