This store is franchisee. They do not participate in subway online promotions. Ordered the number 1 cheese steak. They did not give me 2x cheese. They were out of cucumbers and did not offer parmesan cheese. Worst subway evere. Go to the other one in town.

I get a local coupon in the mail, but they will not honor it. However, if I go through the app, I can get the exact same deal as stated on the mailed printed coupon. Dumb!!! So it takes me far longer to go through all the steps to order online than it does to cut a coupon. I will not be ordering subways in New Iberia ever again. Just a backwards way to provide service when you mailed me one form of a coupon, but you won’t honor it. Go bankrupt for all I care, you would deserve it.

So they will take your money all day, but god forbid you have a coupon that is BOGO because apparently they will not take anything with the word free in it like what!?! So even though you are a verified participating store with the coupon, they will take any other coupon but anyone with the word free…like how bad is business that you cant take a promo you’re promoting !!lost my business before you even had it??

I dont see how this subway is still in buisness. Their always out of an item or not taking coupons. Plus the w orkers at this location really need to learn how to greet the customers when they walk up to order. On several occasions the employees just stand there looking at you. This place needs improvement

Lady was struggling to make a sandwich. I was the only person in there and she couldn't follow simple instructions. Had to repeat several times on what to put. Sandwich look sloppy. Pretty expensive for subpar sub. But it subway. It was cheaper than firehouse sub. And they are the only one in my town.

I usually prefer this subway , but on this day the young lady who prepared my sandwich was too pushy in rushing me to make my selections . No one was behind me at the time .

Kaleb decided to throw all the meatballs away over an hour early. I went in at 7:50 PM and he said that he threw them away because he was about to close at 9 PM. Why would you throw the meatballs away if you're still open for business, I asked. He said because he was the only one there and he needed to close by himself. It's business practices like this that put companies out of business. Subway corporate office would not be comfortable with this decision. I am posting this and have said that business owner will review the policies and guidelines of the franchise system and agreements that they are held accountable to.

This place has cockroaches everywhere inside here. I'll make my own samich! I don't know where the department of health and safety is in New Iberia. What a joke!

I placed an order through the app on December 26th. I received the notification that my order was ready as well as a notification from my bank that the charge for the order was pending. I went to Subway to pick up my order only to discover they were actually closed. I called the next day and I was told the charge would not go through since they were closed, but to call back in three days if it did go through. The charge did go through and I called back to speak to the manager, but I was told he wasn’t there and he would call me back. The manager never reached out to me and few days later I spoke with someone, whom I was later told is the owner, and he said he would contact headquarters to get my refund. A couple of days later I spoke with him again, but he said once again he would contact headquarters. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund or any type of communication from Subway. Also, I was told by employees at two different locations that this happened to other customers as well. This was definitley my last time going to Subway. There was nothing professional about the way this issue was handled.

I visited this Subway today (Dec. 2, 2021). What APPALLED me was an employee SNEEZED on a sandwich she was making!! It took a real effort for one employee to put on gloves, as her pink nails were extremely long. Service is slow.
