For me this is just another Taco bell which is an average fast food Mexican restaurant. Nothing really out of the ordinary, food taste like "Taco bell food". Service is "Taco bell service". Overall just another Taco bell visit.

Look my nacho bell grande was missing from my order and the chips for the cheese sauce taste like they have chemicals. This was for my kid who told me momma it don’t taste good so I took a bite and wanted to puke. I’m Very disappointed and disgusted.

Food was ok but doors were locked as they were “short staffed” during peak business hours with not a soul in drive thru. Hire some more people and fire the ones that don’t show up, simple.

You know I am not a racist person. I pretty much hate everyone equally. But the people in this state. In the last year that I've been stuck here, I deal with more bad attitudes from the blacks than I do the whites. They don't discipline their kids or control them in public places. Many of them can't even wear their damn pants properly. And then there's the women. Typically the bigger sized ones. Always having either a self entitled attitude or just being slow and rude. The manager at this Taco Bell is one who likes to push a man's buttons and then plays the victim card when he gets angry. I never even got my damn order. I wouldn't even have to be thrown out to never go back there again. I had already made that decision before things got heated.Granted I could apologize for my outburst, but honestly I'm sick of American women in general. I didn't used to react to them the way I do now after so many years of them ruining my life. So I'm not going to apologize. She was rude to me the second I walked in the door and I hadn't said anything yet. It threw me off and caused to respond to her with the same attitude...

They didn't even give us what we ordered. We were there for 20 minutes, while the employees practically army crawled around the kitchen. Then when decided they wanted customers again, one walks up and speaks Old English, as if he was SUMMONING my food. Terrible service, I died of old age before I got out of the restaurant. 0/10 would not recommend.
Lately, doing mobile orders they get our food right most of the time and most of the time when i get a drink its not lacking flavering but not all and food is not evenly placed together correctly if you get a Barreto half the time each bite is a different ingredient on its own hard tacos are soggy and or crushed so much you need a spoon to eat um we need a chipotle to open up in this town and run this place out of businessAdding on wait time any time after 5 0r 6 pm is long long lines slow as molasses staff

But when she comes in and asks SIMPLE questions a two year old could handle your feelings get hurt and you snap your fingers in her face. Horrible customer service. Pull in for a quick stop at Taco Bell in New Iberia Louisiana everything was very hot and very fresh and the staff was very very friendly and Samantha did a great job at taking care of her customer.
