The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. The buffalo/ranch ratio was perfect, not overpowering. The toasted tortilla added that “extra” crunch and was way better than a regular floppy tortilla. May get a little messy but I managed to eat it on the go with no mess. Roasted jalapeño corn was delicious as well.

To whom it may concern, I have never had any problems with this location until today. While ordering I forgot to add a wrap so I politely asked the man at the drive thru window to add a Baja chicken wrap, and in response he rolled his eyes and said yeah with an attitude. As he took the card and put it in the machine he put both of his fingers in his nose, keep in mind he knows I am watching him as he looks at me and wipes his boogers on his apron. THAT IS LITERALLY DISGUESTING! He tells me he has to go to the back and make the wrap. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS! What kind of customer service does this restraunt have at this point. I have never written a review about any restraunt before but this incident is honesty so absurd.

The drive thru PA system was broken so they don't have our order waiting at the window. You wait in line, order at the window and pick it up at the window. The suv in front of us pulled uphill over two curbs to get out of line because he was tired waiting. At the drive thru window the person asked if thus-and-such was our order. It wasn't. We placed our order at 12:23pm and are waiting. Now there is a person taking orders at the broken outdoor menu. The last of our food arrived at 12:33. I suggest that the manager pay an electrician to repair the microphone system.Addendum: Another thing you might have done was to put up a sign warning folks of a slower-than-normal wait time at the drive-thru to give them the option going into the store to order.
