I was DESPERATE… ? BUT DISCOVEREDOVERPRICED Frozen Food. Cooked to order. Cook and cashier appear to be undocumented immigrants. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. The cook had clusters of cold sores on her lip, which I didn’t notice until another customer pointed it out. I was totally shocked to see her not wearing at least a face covering. I was at this point not interested in a bottle of water from the business. I gently asked for a refund and was told that the computer would not allow it to be refunded. A manager was requested and I was told that he was too busy. I will now have to deal with my bank to request a full refund. PLEASE , take your money and appetite to another business. I wouldn’t give this FAKE PIZZA HUT star dust.Not NOLA FOOD, FACES or FRIENDLY.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service and nasty, expensive food. Had a problem with a charge, asked to be refunded and were told that the computer could not issue a refund. Cashier clearly has a language and comprehension issue.

Wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars!! I ordered a Supreme pizza from here and the pizza was not made the way I asked it to be made and it tasted VERY bland. The workers were very rude and told me they wouldn't remake the pizza or let me get a refund. I would have been better off getting a pizza from Pizza Hut instead of buying this overpriced pizza with no flavor. Never again!

Mid pizza, texture of cheesy bread.I ate all of it though, so I'd order again in a pinch, but still not great.Ironically very far from Napoli style pizzaDecor is all over the place but not in a fun kitschy way, it's worth going in to giggle at and get some wings once.

Showed up at 9:50. Watched the girl who takes orders run to turn the open sign off when she saw us pull up. Business hours say open to 10:30 on Friday. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. Plus rats in the parking lot.
Nice and food cooked to order. My main concerns be cleanliness, and they are that.

I have passed by this place many times and the outside decor just wasn't too appealing. Last night I got over it and I'm so happy I did! The inside was super clean and cute! They have tables on each side and a walk up counter. The menu consists of speciality pizza's/make your own pizza, but not only that,salads, sandwiches, wraps.subs, pasta, sides that include jalapeño poppers, onion rings, chicken wings, breaded Mac n cheese bites! Yummmm and more!! My grilled chicken Caesar was sooo fresh and my pizza was delicious. The sauce wasn't too sweet and it wasn't bitter, it was so fresh and tasty along w the hot melted mozzarella w the fresh toppings!! Chef's Kiss! ? Btw, the service was awesome! Jelly is her name and she was so nice and so helpful answering all of my questions since it was my first visit! She also had a smile from the time I entered to the time I left. 5 ⭐️ service! Please check this place out! It's kid friendly too!! I promise you won't regret it!! They are very affordable as well!! ☺️

The taste of the pizza and the crust was very good. Could have been cooked longer. But that's me. I like it less gooyer.The service was good enough for the young age that she seemed to be. She was very nice. The thing about it all was the presentation of my bill on the lil computer thing. It was very apparent that I was to leave a tip for over the counter service. What I'm gunna do. Not give one and then they mess up my meal. Sorry, it's what everyone thinks. That tip thing ruins the whole experience. But they got their 3 dollars and will never see me again. Think I'm the only one not going back.Let Mr. NAPOLI pay his people.Charge more for the food and don't let me know.
