One hour and a half to get mediocre food. Waitstaff claiming “food will be here very soon.” We understand restaurants have good and bad days, but staff shouldn’t be encouraged to lie stating food is coming, when it isn’t, for whatever reason. In this case, only one person in the kitchen, and not very good, but certainly very slow. Had they been truthful, we could have decided whether to stay or go, instead of wasting 1.5 hours. The salad came without the vinaigrette dressing, the sausages in the bean stew tasted like cardboard. Awful experience.

I went here on a tuesday evening around 7pm. After being sat, We did not have anyone come by our table until 7:30 where we placed our order for our drinks and food. The martini came half filled, but was rather good. Our appetizer came out at 8:20. We ordered the mushrooms. It came with two little mushrooms and a cream sauce. Once again it was very good tasting. For the entrees they eventually came out around 9. The food was very good but the service is slow. We came in before many people in the restaurant and were served after all of them. I would not recommend going here if you have only two hours to eat. The two lady’s working were very nice but they seemed to be working more than just a waitering job. They were in and out of the kitchen and the bar.Dietary restrictions: We ordered the mushrooms because we saw that there was nothing saying there would be dairy on it, however when it arrived it was covered in a cream sauce. Make sure to ask about every dish before ordering.

We had tried to dine here on Sunday night and the restaurant was closed for a private party so I made sure to make a reservation for Tuesday when the restaurant was open next. We arrived 20 mins early for our reservation and was told to wait at the bar until the manager could get our table ready. We were never offered a beverage or acknowledged. After 10 mins we were seated and then waited for 20 mins with no acknowledgement. We ended up walking out. We asked the table next to us how long they had been waiting for food and they said they had lost track of time. This was one of the WORST experiences of my life at a restaurant and I am in the business. I have three degrees in hospitality and business management and run a high end country club. I also work part time at a restaurant and have never had anyone wait as long as we did with no acknowledgement. Something had to change here, I suggest adding more staff to the payroll to handle the volume or I suggest strictly moving to take out so that the dining experience isn’t poorly affected. I had high hopes for the food and always give places the benefit of the doubt but this was absolutely ridiculous.

We were intentionally seated at a table under a dripping AC vent - I mentioned it and server said “Oh I know, we just can't seem to fix it”. People seated after us had prompt service and offered happy hour specials, our server brought water and disappear. At 6pm they were “out” of steak (only 3 tables in the place) and another dish. We ended up with mediocre $20 steak sandwiches. WAY over salted. Wait for food was over 30 minutes. Don't recommend, won't go back.

This is a lovely little bistro! The food and service was wonderful. We loved the imperial dip, the shrimp linguini and the crawfish etoffee were all delicious. The chocolate bread pudding was divine!

Good PoBoy .. shrimp were perfectly cooked. Seasoned well... condiments were fresh.. over all i would go back to eat the PoBoy. This is my second time here; first time i ordered the pasta, for my liking was a little over cooked. Today PoBoy was good. Restaurant is clean, service was good.
