Amazing service! Truly made the experience! Everyone loved their food and they were wonderful with celebrating one guests' birthday! Mushroom toast, BLT, and Louisiana Melt were all delicious! And the salt on the spicy bird-arita is mystically delicious!

My boyfriend and I went here for a casual brunch without a reservation, so we were prepared to wait. We asked for a table outside and the host said yes, but it would take 20 minutes which we were fine with. After waiting the 20 minutes, the host walked us to a table inside without acknowledging our outside request till my boyfriend asked about it which was weird but whatever, we took the inside table anyway....I ordered the honey rose latte (which was actually really good) and we put in our order for two traditional breakfasts right away. We then waited for approximately 40 minutes with no food and no table touches from our server. My boyfriend and I both used to be servers, so all it takes is some Acknowledgment like "hey the kitchen's a little backed up right now" or "can I get you some more coffee while you wait" ANYTHING! It's almost like our server was avoiding us. Also it was not extremely busy, and we saw a table that came in after us get their food while we were still waiting. When we called the person that looked like the manager over to our table to pay for our coffees so we could go, we were met with no apologies, no explanations or even a simple acknowledgment of the fact that we just waited 40 minutes for some scrambled eggs and bacon. Just a simple "oh he was about to put the food out".....yea we left with empty stomachs, took our service elsewhere and will not be returning. The best thing this place has going for it is the ambiance, but I've personally had the food before and it's not anything special, you can make better brunch at home. If you want a great brunch experience with GOOD SERVICE and good food to match I would highly recommend Atchafalaya on Louisiana Ave.

The kitchen was incredibly slow considering the restaurant was not crowded for Sunday brunch/lunch. There was a large group of women who were being very loud, but that's outside of the staffs control. Great food!

I am giving a five star rating to let you all know what a great place this is. The drinks are food are great. The restaurant is really large with the outdoor seating, this is a plus. I would say they were a little short staffed. I would highly recommend and will be back.
I give this rating because my boyfriend and I arrived at Birdy's at 12:55. Our reservation was for 1pm. We sat down, ordered drinks & immediately ordered food. Our food did not arrive to our table until 1:50pm, almost a whole hour later! They took off 20% but the young lady had no explanation as to why it took so long. The food to me was mid, I got the classic breakfast plate.

Brunch @birdysnola. We enjoyed the ambiance we sat outsides there was an overcast and a little breeze. Our food was great but what was most impressive was the servers. They all had smiles on their faces and were so polite. Even when i was indecisive about my food choices they were patient, helpful and accommodating. 5service.
I saw Birdy's all over social media, and had to try it. I was very disappointed and would not return as an out of town guest. The neighborhood is off the beaten path, not much else around it. So overpriced!! My crawfish melt was $23. It was tasty but not mind blowing. The latte was good. Overall, out of the way and not spectacular food. Maybe more for locals.

So good! Cocktails, coffee, and food were all delicious. The biscuit board is a MUST! I promise you won't regret it. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and timely. Will definitely be back. Perfect spot for a girls brunch or morning date.
