We were looking for breakfast place and did not notice that this spot is vegetarian when we got there. When I saw the menu I was kind of disappointed, but when I tried their food, ohh god, this is the best bread I had in years. Food, service, everything, so even if you are afraid of places without meat like me, don't be, because they do have some delicious stuff everyone would like.

Absolutely charming bakery with various delicious options - and all vegan!I visited a few days before Mardi Gras to get my hands on some vegan King Cake... and to my surprise, I was spoiled for choice on different flavours! The cream cheese and pecan praline king cakes were amazing!I also grabbed the pumpkin cheddar biscuit which contains sausage, tofu scramble and greens. A super tasty bunch!Vegetarian options: All vegan menu

Funny story. My husband and I came across this hidden gem many years ago during a festival. We are not from the area, but remember the sweet treats we bought years ago. Fast forward many years, I'm in town for work and my children are begging me to bring them home some "treats" from New Orleans. I had forgot the name of this establishment, but with a quick google search for "bread", I quickly found the name and made a dash for it. Wow. Let's just say, I wasn't disappointed with my purchase of freshly baked breads, donuts, cookies, brownies and hot coffee. Have you ever seen a woman driving through New Orleans, eating an entire loaf of artisan bread? It's me, I'm the woman.

The food was good, especially the breads and biscuits. Their vegan sausage had a good flavor; there was a hint of spice but not really noticeable to those sensitive to spice. Their chai tea was flavorful. We had their pastries but didn't take any photos of them. When you have children, they don't allow time for photos of pastries even when you tell them it's for a review. ?? The peanut butter blondie was soft and moist. The oatmeal raisin cookie was hard. The rumbles were our children's favorite. The place was busy with folks, but the energy was positive and would frequent this place again.Vegetarian options: The menu is all veganKid-friendliness: There is a room in the restaurant that has board games

The food was so good, I was looking at Zillow listings for apartments before I drove off. That's not even an exaggeration. This is hands down the best bakery I've ever been to plant-based or not. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly incredible food!

Maybe the best bakery in New Orleans, definitely the best vegan bakery. This place makes me want to order food to be shipped to me all the way in Florida. Would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing some food.
