Waited in drive through for 20 mins no one answered the intercom and when we finally got an answer she said there out of whoppers and impossible whoppers then was trapped in the line for another 20 minutes because there were cars in front and behind me, don't go here

The only thing this location is consistent about is 1) they will be the slowest possible option of all restaurants in the area, and 2) no matter what you order you will have to pull up and wait so they can falsely make their order times look better than what they are.

Hands down THE worse fast food experience to date...and that says a lot! Order 2 fish sandwiches and specifically said NO MAYONNAISE. The receipt said NO MAYONNAISE. And of course both came out with MAYONNAISE! Sent them back 3 times and each time they came back with.....(drumroll) MAYONNAISE! Restaurant was dirty, cashier had an attitude because THEY kept getting the order wrong.....I just won't go back there ?.

This place is complete trash… You order and pay for something and this imbeciles put what they want on my sandwich. I CAN NOT EAT HAM! I’m so tired of these fast food restaurant workers doing what they want. It’s so aggravating…. Do these people truly believe that someone wants to spend their money on some trash that they didn’t order. If I wanted ham then I would’ve ordered it but considering that I can’t eat that cramp. They just trashy and act as if they can’t read OR follow orders. Just take the menu down and give everyone the same cramp regarding food. Nasty attitudes and all…. I spent too much money here today for this trash on top of cold trash. WTH

Customer #83 at approximately 5:10-5:15 drive-up employee accepted payment gave me bag with my Whopper w cheese but did not give me my large Coke. I was trying to get to work and didn't realize it until I was too far away to turn around to get it. Tried calling at least 5 times to no avail, like line was dead due to being off the hook. Not going to try that one again

Excellent service despite the many challenges they face from old equipment. My food was hot and the ladies were very nice and apologetic for the lack of quality they could provide from the fryer and boiler being broke.
