What a disaster. We stopped at 3PM to get burgers. Went to the drive in window. Was greeted with We will be with you in a minute. While we we waiting a vagrant came up to our window trying to sell us a gallon of water. He finally left. We waited a little longer, backed out and parked and went inside. Another 10 minutes (it was shift change, the earlier shift had left and it took the next shift time to stow her belongings) they finally took our order. When we returned to our car to eat, the fries were barely warm, the coke was flat, and the burgers were cold. One star indicates no good. It was worse than no good!

Took 30 minutes to get someone to take our order. Another 30 to get our order. The fries were old. People sleeping in lobby. People bringing other food in to eat. Have to wait to have someone unlock restrooms. Do not recommend.

I pulled to the window after staying at the monitor for 15 minute’s no answer. After pulling up the lady scrolling her phone sipping on her drink never even looked up to acknowledge me. I blew my horn but still no answer. One lady came from the restroom and basically told me I could’ve came in the store to order and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I got a whiff of weed and told her never mind then drove off. I will NEVER go back to the Burger King on Claiborne uptown again. They’re not concerned about customers at all. They don’t even seem to care about they’re own appearance and personal hygiene as well. Never again!
