They can't be serious. I got in line at 9:50 and was told to wait why is it at 10:30 I still hadn't ordered and was forced to wait in line because cars were behind me and I can't back up. Service is ALWAYS trash and I get having a bad day but the only person that filled out that application is you and if you didn't want to work you shouldn't have applied. Literally the worst one ever!!

Was afraid to eat my food I paid for because the staff was so disrespectful I was afraid they spit in it. Popeyes down the street 1000 times more normal and
pulled up to the drive thru and the menu speaker had an automated message telling us that the store was closed. so we pulled through a little more and there were three cars in front of us that seemed to all get food (took 15 minutes), then when we pulled to the window with our orders ready, the employee said we couldn't order at the window and had to pull back around again to the back of the line.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to the manager Ossie is very disrespectful and rude and does not have leadership qualities at all. I do not understand how they have somebody like this training, other employees and managing a store today I was cursed out and treated like an animal by this manager. This is a horrible restaurant they warm their food in the microwave and they treat their customers and trainees horrible I witnessed today how this manager talks to her employees and her trainees all the trainee did was find a bowl in the microwave and got cursed out and treated like an animal from her boss. Burger King corporate needs to do something about this and I suggest you do not go to this restaurant and if you do please report them.

Sign on bathroom says you need to have a token and to see cashier for token. Ask for a token but then told in order to use the restroom, you have to purchase something (first), well ok. Fair enough. The after waiting in line to make the purchase to use the restroom, you don't get a token but have to wait some more until the cashier gets a stopping point to take a key, walk you to the bathroom, and then physically open the door. Absolutely ridiculous ?. Many other, accommodating to customers places to go down the street. Go there instead!

The staff is rude. But the food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere would be better with a friendlier staff. A woman walked in to buy food with her children and grandchildren. She also had her very elderly mother with her and the elderly lady was moaning about to pee herself because you can't use the restroom without first buying something. Staff is very inhumane here. Even with the fresh and hot food. I will not eat here again.
