This location is smaller but better, and you don't have to wait in a long line. Seating is not a problem. Most people just eat their beignets and leave. It's inside the Riverwalk outlet mall . They also close earlier at this location.

Not nearly as great as the original location in the French Quarter. Beignets were not soft and pillowy or fresh tasting. They were flat and more crunchy. Coffee was the same, so that was good. Service was fine.

Lines way to long. Found better tasting ones at Lorettas I asked for a spinkle more of sugar she gave me 2 cups more in my bag I could not locate my beignets.

Not the traditional venue but there is quick service, the Beignets are tasty, and you'll get the authentic experience. Just be sure to lay down some napkins cause you're going to be covered in sugar! Coffee is fine but nothing special.

Everyone kept bragging about the beignet so had to try them, they're basically funeral cakes, I feel like they should have option to fill with fruit ? but overall good just not what I expected lol

They do indeed take credit/debit cards at this location! Just no contactless payments like Apple Pay/Google Pay.Lines were as long as they were any Cafe du Monde. First time eating a Beignet, I thought I’d be a fan, surprisingly I wasn’t impressed. Fried dough is fried dough, and even if you can be impressed with all the work that goes into it from the window (a spinning machine flattening and shaping the dough, the person scattering the powdered sugar and flour, and removing the excessive/misshapen pieces, into a vat of oil), fried dough and sugar is still fried dough and sugar. It hits different than a doughnut, and the powdered sugar makes it better but less consistently sweet as a result. The frozen cafe au lait I had tasted like a frozen coffee from dunkin. There wasn’t a shortage of the coffee flavor but I was just expecting a lot more. Set your standards right and go in for a line.It was, without a doubt, overrated. But the beignets are priced reasonably and staff was great.

Went on a weekday around 10AM and there was barely a line - maybe 4-5 people deep. The service was very quick so I was able to get my order within 5 minutes of waiting. Ordered 3 beignets and they were so fluffy on the inside!! A very generous amount of powder was sprinkled on top but most of it went to waste, which is a shame. Not sure if I would visit if the queue is super long, but it lived up to my expectations!
