The music sounded great as we were walking by so we went inside. It was quite empty & realized that the so called DJ was using a playlist from his phone & not a very good one at that. He looked & acted like he rather be anywhere else in the world. They had only one bathroom available when they actually had more. The poor security guy looked zoned out & over it. The cleaning gentleman was on point though. Mopping & wiping at all times.

I was here in Summer 2019. Me and my friends were walking on Bourbon after trying about 3 different spots that we didn't really vibe with. Finally we came across this spot that was playing Spanish music and I was in heaven!! It wasn't that packed when we got there but that didn't stop us from having a blast. We started with some shots and then ordered drinks which were about $10-$12. About an hour later it got way more packed and more people were coming in as a result. The prices are cheap, no cover charge and the bartender was friendly and very fast. Note that there is a minimum card spend at the bar. The space itself is huge and perfect for dancing as well. There's plenty of bar seating and benches on the side plus an entire back area near the restrooms. They also have a stage that some people were dancing on. The only downfall is that they're only open on weekends and there's no signs stating their hours. I passed by like 3 more times throughout the week but they were closed. Definitely my favorite club during my visit.

The WORST thing we did in New Orleans. While reading the publicity outside the club it seemed interesting. Everything (entertainment - seriously?), drink, music, atmosphere were an embarrassment. Wasted 40 minutes, and even with no cover, we overpaid. It was so bad we won't be telling our friends/family that we actually went into this place. Wikipedia lists her as " "Queen of the Vieux Carré'. Don't know at 87, I feel sorry for her still performing.. before the "show" the music (for her 45 minute delay) was beyond bad, and an insult for New orleans music. Then the show started, and it's like, can you bring back that awful music.

I went here with my groomsmen back in August '19 on a Friday night. We came across it walking on bourbon street, and heard the Spanish music playing inside and were immediately attracted to it. We enjoyed the vibes and songs that were being played! It was a fun-filled party atmosphere inside. More people eventually showed up inside the club about 25-30 minutes after we had entered. There is also a big seating area towards the left of the stage. There wasn't an artist playing on stage when my groomsmen were in there - we were the stage! It was the best bar/club we visited in New Orleans and would definitely recommend to any big groups looking for a fun time in the Big Easy!

Went 2 nights in a row! it was so much fun! Music was on point Friday night but Saturday it was lacking just a bit. Didn't like there was a $20 minimum on card charges and there was a wet spot on the dance floor with the AC vent above leaking. Very dangerous for anyone with heels or slippery shoes especially when dancing and/or drinking. Should make it bigger since it was super packed and seemed to be a hot spot.

I asked for two waters and the waitress informed me the minimum was $20. She pointed at the atm and rudely took the bottled waters back.

Was closed. No sign. Can't like a place that wasn't open.

Was closed the night we went. No sign with hours or days of operation posted. Maybe they are out of business?

This place is a scam! Before paying the $20 cover charge we asked if Chris would be performing. They said, "Yes, at 9:30." At 10:00 we asked again. They said she must be running late. At 10:30 they announced she would not be performing because her boyfriend died earlier in the day. Being that it is her club she should have told her employees earlier. I'm sorry for her loss but they should have told us before we paid the cover charge or at least refunded our money.

The music was great for the little time I was in there ,The reason for the one star is it stunk smelled like an old basement and if you are a product of New Orleans why not do a little update of your establishment!yeah yeah I know people will come regardless because it's in the French Quarter,But I didn't spend one dime there because it smelled so bad does he even live in New Orleans !
