Food is good however do not order online. This is the second time in two days where I have gone in to pick up my online order and have had to walk out empty handed because something in their system was down. I understand stuff happens however I will never order online again because I never know if I will actually get my food.

Man, the website and stars seemed great. I viewed the website for a while and fell in love with the Broadway. So, for my first visit, I finally got to try it. I'm disappointed. I ordered from the website and it gave me a time to go pick it up. I order the Broadway sandwich (which I have been dying to try), a bag of chips, and a bottled water. I walk in at the stated time and the person working there seemed surprised that he had a pick up order. I thought nothing of it at first as I figured maybe there was a technical glitch with the website they used. Anyway, the person goes to make my sandwich and it sounds like microwaves were working hard. And, it tasted like that. I don't know if that is how the sandwich is, but there was zero flavor. Like really bland. I don't think that's how it is supposed to be. Then the person tells me they don't have chips at the moment. Surely, I figured he would offer a replacement. Nope. I had to ask for something or at least a refund for that part or my order. He gives me this tiny cup of pasta salad out of the fridge. I try it, zero flavor. Then, another customer comes in and he says he has a pick up order from the website and the person was surprised again; that person had to wait to his food. So, yeah, it'll be awhile before I decide to trust my money there, especially since there are so many better places to eat in this city. That was my experience and it only takes one.

Went for a lunch date with my boyfriend. Small table occupied outside and no one seated inside. The floors were obviously not swept and the tables had crumbs on them. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball plate and the chicken parmigiana plate. Both entrees are advertised to come with a salad and bread, but we did not receive ours and didn’t feel like it was worth asking for after seeing the entrees. They were out of chicken cutlets at around noon, just a couple of hours after opening and subbed it with their marinated chicken breasts which was dry and severely under seasoned. The pasta on both dishes was overcooked and what little sauce was on the dish had no flavor and was watery. The spaghetti only came with two lackluster meatballs. The bathroom was not clean and the only soap present was in a communal condiment cup. I would not recommend spending your money here or at the very least not on these dishes.

I have not eaten in the restaurant so this review is limited to the takeout of CIBO. 1. Lox Bagel: Unfortunately, the top of my everything bagel was burnt (the seasoning and edges). How this was approved to be sent out I'm not sure. The cream cheese and lox tasted fine but since the bagel was not properly baked, I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. I understand mistakes are made and would be willing to try it again. 2. Sicilian sandwich. This was good! Paired with the marinara was the right choice, however I ordered the combo and my pasta salad was missing. I was looking forward to trying it. Overall, this place has potential but when food is being sent out, there needs to be an extra set of eyes. Had the order been double checked, I'm sure it would have been caught that it was incomplete and the bagel was not properly prepared. I will try them again.

Stopped by on a quiet Sunday afternoon. My friend and I ordered the Italian sandwich and chicken Parmesan sandwich (altho we made the mistake of not specifying we wanted chicken Parmesan, not the sandwich!). Despite our mistake, both were super yummy. Also ordered two cannolis.... Maybe could have done with just one? It was just alright to me. Would come back for a sandwich! Felt like high quality ingredients. (Just be wary the prices listed inside aren't updated so our bill was bigger than expected!)
