They are not friendly and the price wasn’t worth it….

We do not recommend them based on their vaccination only requirement. What about the other 10-15 diseases we have vaccinations for?

Owners are not friendly and very rude. They don’t care about your business so might as well take it somewhere with decent service.

Ive been to Cowbell many times and I love it.Tonight something was off way off. We got brussel sprouts and two burgers with cheese. The meat was smaller than the bun and very thick in the middle. I had to eat my way through the bun to get to meat that was salty and fried like not close to the way they are normally are. The brussel sprouts were good. I hope it's a temporary pause in burger greatness.

Thank you for providing a safe, clean space for the vaccinated! First time eating out knowing everyone around us was vaccinated - delicious food and no anxiety…we’ll be back soon!

Fish Tacos are supreme. Great rice and beans. Hamburger are the specialty and goos choice of Desserts. Did not eat. 8 patio tables and inside seating. Just reopened and worth the time.

the food has always been incredible and the service great; cowbell also proves they are a stand-up restaurant by requiring masks/proof of vaccination for diners, putting the safety of their employees first and thereby supporting the new orleans public as well. ?

The burgers are good. Nothing to write home about. They aren’t bad, they’re just regular. The employees are very nice!

Requiring proof of Vax! You’re out of your mind. I’d never go back to this place!

First let me say this: Everything tasted good. Burgers were great (although the meat portion was pretty small considering the price point) I loved the fries! The best part of the meal. But the value was terrible. 2 small burgers, 2 sides of fries, and a toddler’s portion of Mac and cheese for $50. (Even more with the tip) Sorry guys, highway robbery. Truburger kicks y’all’s behind up and down the street! People are hungry, feed them!

Love this place. Staff are nice as hell and the food is extremely delicious and is worth the visit. Am definitely coming back.

Very disappointed. After ordering we were left in the dark. Staff turned off lights due to termites and could not see our food. Then we were given our check before we were done our meal and made to feel as if we were overstaying our welcome. Most importantly, when spending my money, I don't need to be barraged with your political views and propaganda. Clearly this establishment has more political concerns than food service concerns. That isn't why people dine out. I get plenty of rhetoric on tv and don't need more when I'm trying relax and have a nice meal while spending our hard earned money. Whatever side of the political issue you may stand, I feel a business should be neutral and offer a relaxing and welcoming experience. We will not be back.

I was definitely belly happy to be back! Food was delicious, as it's always been! No indoor seating, but you can use the bathroom. Outdoor has 4 tables. Food arrives quickly. All staff are helpful & sweet, from the host, server, even staff inside ( first time a staff open bathroom door for me). I'm super happy Cowbell are able to reopen on their own terms. Wishing them much success. Also this is the very first time I didn't bring home leftover food! P.S. I forgot to mention how I want my burger cooked.. but the cook knew exactly how I wanted it! I've always recommended Cowbell as my favorite New Orleans burger place & is the only place I would allow myself to order a rare ? cheeseburger!
