Our experience at this restaurant was mixed. The arcade was awesome, although was extremely busy. The food experience was horrible, we ordered and paid and our food was never brought out. They said they gave us a refund, but we had to dispute the charge with our bank. The manager is an idiot. Avoid the restaurant side at all costs!

Sooo… I am a local that comes in pretty often! This place is absolutely trash for service! The only exception to the trash is Jada the bartender! This young lady is ABSOLUTELY a dream to the service industry!! VERY attentive , friendly just an amazing human in general! If they had 20 Jada’s, this place would get 10 stars!! Management is pretty nonexistent, and the friendliness is garbage (except for Jada). I hate writing this review as a local. I will only be back based off the schedule that she works! I know I will get the service that people deserve. Dave and Busters, I hope you find a new way to train your staff. Better yet get Jada to train your staff.

My family of 4 did not have a good experience here last night. It started off good, we were seated relatively fast and even placed our order quickly but that was the end of the good service.We ordered at 7:22 pm but didn't even get our drinks delivered to the table until 8:11 pm, and that was after I went to the hostess to tell her that we haven't even been served our drinks yet. By this time they bring out one of my kid's meal, still no drinks, then queso, but no fries or chips to dip and by the way still no drinks. Finally they bring the kids' drink, only to find hair in one of the drinks. After that, they started bringing our food out, one by one. So my other kid got their pizza, 5 minutes later, my husband got his Philly cheese steak, 5 minutes later my food came out.The service was awful but my kids did enjoy the arcade area.Frustrating because you see other tables that were seated after us, yet getting their drinks AND food before us.Will only come back for the arcade. That's it

Horrible food experience. Don’t eat there if you’re hungry. We stood by the host stand for 10 mins before the two ladies working the stand acknowledges me husband and I. We sat and ordered drinks. We told the waiter we knew what we wanted to order. We left and said she would be back. I was giving my drink 15 mins before my husband. Then we waiting an additional 30 mins to order than again another 30 mins to get our food. Which my food came out- leaving my husband just sitting there for 15 mins watching me eat. Awful. Do not recommend

I was visiting down here in New Orleans. I just thought to go down here and stop at the Dave & Buster’s in New Orleans. The Dave & Buster’s in New Orleans is pretty good. The staff friendly and prizes are pretty good and reasonable. Good amount of games and a good food food taste good no complaints pretty fresh pretty delicious pretty much what to expect. Pretty much nothing else to say. This place is the ordinary Dave & Buster’s with nothing else added. Check it out. If you’re in the area you know when you like a little kid day if you know what I mean. Pretty good

First time at a Dave & Buster’s and the last time (at least the one in New Orleans). I understand that standards drop in this city but I hoped not in this chain. We just came for dinner and watch a game. We were seated at a table near the bar. I ordered an alcoholic drink and a water my husband ordered a Coke. Our water and Coke was brought out and we both placed an order for cheeseburgers. After 22 minutes the server came over and asked what was wrong as she could see I was looking her way. I stated that I hadn’t received my drink from the bar yet. With anger towards me she said “I’m waiting on them to make it”. Our food was brought out right after this exchange. As I started eating my food I stopped her as she WALKED BY and requested to cancel the drink. I’m looking at the bar and I see her go over and yell at them about my drink and the bartenders replied “it’s been right there”. I see someone pick up the drink run a strainer through it, she goes “somewhere “ with it and much later brings it to my table and said it’s been taken off our bill. In the meantime time I see one of the bartenders put food in her mouth putting her fingers in, lick them and IMMEDIATELY go pick up a cup and prepare someone’s drink. Needless to say I did not touch my drink.The food on the other hand was great.

Started really slow when no one was at desk when we arrived and had just seated ourselves after 15 minutes and other employees said someone would assist us.Luckily bartender was very personable and quick to get drinks and take food orders.Food was fairly good and a better price than most places around area.Games and cards fall in line with a typical D&B

Took my kids here tonight, it was pretty much empty and our food still took forever to come out. Order was wrong, food wasn’t great and the drinks were awful. They seriously need to revamp the entire place.
