We loved our meal here! The environment felt very nice and clean, and the service was great. I had the lemon buttermilk ricotta pancakes, and OMG! They were so fluffy and decadent without being too sweet. My dining companion had the BBQ shrimp and grits and said they were the best he'd ever had. He looked so happy! Would eat here again all day, any day!

Breakfast wings! With maple syrup and sausage crumbles. That’s how you want to start your day. Came for a brunch, got seated fairly quickly which is surprising cause everywhere else was packed and this place is delicious. Also got the hot fried chicken biscuit which was served with butter and maple syrup but again, it’s breakfast, and I absolutely want to put more butter on my biscuit. Seriously, great service, chill vibe, and yummy food.

Oh. My. God. If you’re thinking about going - do it. Immediately. We originally went as I was looking for a brunch restaurant that could accommodate my dad (he’s in a wheelchair/service dog), and we were also looking for something that prioritizes their food quality. Look, I like NOLA but I was tired of the standard, touristy, overpriced options. The pancakes in the Google listing + ability to make a reservation made the choice easy for us.When we arrived we were greeted by the co-owner and immediately felt welcomed. It was an awesome surprise to also find that they offered delicious coffee options and we promptly ordered. We ordered an array of coffee (honey cinnamon latte, honey lavender latte, and iced vanilla bean logged - all delicious!) and for food the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, BLT, and Hot Chicken & Honey Biscuit. The pancakes are INCREDIBLE. My mother - who LOVES pancakes - was obsessed with them. The BLT was great and the hot chicken was so-so, but was made up by the delicious potatoes served as a side.Upon leaving we immediately planned another day to come for breakfast for more pancakes. Upon our second visit we got more pancakes (the lemon + the Pigs in a Blanket), coffees, and the GM Plate. We were all satisfied and became curious on how they created the most perfect pancakes recipe. I’m not kidding - I hate pancakes and will now dream of them.If you’re considering this place just do yourself a favor and go. Sure, the more “popular” choice is on the corner of the same strip, but it doesn’t compare to this place. Truly. The service, the atmosphere, and the menu are fantastic. Amazing!!P.S. they have doughnuts/pastries and house-made ice cream as well. We never ordered them, but they all looked fantastic and had great flavor combos.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access (no auto doors, someone needs to hold it open for you) and ramp on the inside to the left. Seating options to accommodate a transfer in a wheelchair or be pushed up. You’ll likely be in the middle of the restaurant as the sides are booths/high tops.

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. The food is bland, and the grits come with cheese. They dried out the bacon to gerky status, and all they offer in the form of cheese is cheddar. Who puts cheddar cheese on eggs? Don't waste your time

Absolutely amazing breakfast food. Had the Monte Cristo and I will forever have a flashback to this place every morning I wake up and my girlfriend asks me what I want for breakfast.

This establishment is so much better than it's neighbor restaurant. The food is so delicious and the service is wonderful. We came after they stopped serving breakfast items but our server went to check with the kitchen what they can make for us. The Bbq shrimp and grits is the best dish we've had our entire trip. We had a great time here and love the casual atmosphere and happy people that works here. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Very casual place, brought my nephew and niece here and they were happy.

Today was my friends and I last full day in NOLA… I chose a restaurant on the same block for brunch, but when we arrived it was a 40 min wait. District was right on the corner, so we walked over to see if the wait time was shorter. We were seated right away! And in many ways I’m really glad the original spot didn’t work out… because what a gem this establishment is. The two chefs in the kitchen I’d like to give a kudos too! Because by far this was the most delicious meal I had this entire trip! When our food arrived there was no salt and pepper… and guess what! I didn’t need it! Everything perfectly seasoned and cooked! When I return back to Louisiana, this will NOW BE MY GO TO SPOT!♥️

Visiting Nola and we stumbled upon District. All I can say is it did not disappoint! The food and drinks were so delicious. Best cheese grits I have ever had. Our server, Maddie, was so nice and friendly. She was attentive and has a caring personality.

It's rare for me to review but they have my hands tied. Far too good to pass up this place. Do yourself a favor; make it part of your plans.

I usually prefer grits with breakfast. At District the potatoes are why I keep returning. All good is here. Great food and friendly service!
