This Domino's has been the worst experience I have encountered at any of the locations as of date. My order was made incorrect, items were left off. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful plus I caught her in several lies. She was to busy to get my order correct that I paid for. I called a second time and was left on hold. The delivery driver called me because he was bringing my missing item back to me, I explained to him about my order and he told me to contact the store, I explained to him I did and how the girl was rude and not helpful and how I was left on hold the second time and drop the hold call to answer his. He made sure to get my five year old his correct order and we gave him the incorrect order. We are grateful for him.I checked my order to ensure I ordered correctly. This location has made me never want to order from Domino's again. I usually order weekly and sometimes multiple times a week when I am extremely busy. But this location has ruined that. Especially getting a hold of someone out of the store level was impossible.

Delivery got there reasonably fast. Guy was friendly. Didn’t realize until I got the pizza inside that apparently he kept the pizza sideways all the way there and it was a mess. Guess I’ll try somewhere else in the future. These guys clearly don’t know how to deliver.

The pizza was delicious and it was hot. It tasted amazing. The service was hit or miss. A couple of times the Domino's employee asked if I was ordering or if I had a call but when I told her I had a call in she kept working like I did not say anything. It took her a few minutes to even walk over to the carryout area.

Placed an order, when they stated they were 2 min away I went down to the lobby by the front door, waited 20 min, no arrival. Then it says order delivered but nobody came into the hotel. This place is the worst, don't order from here, they will lie to you!

What a shame this place delivered me a pizza like this. And the man that answered my call had the nerve to tell me they don’t make bad pizzas he will bring me a new one I can’t tellllll ugh ? and I’m scared to eat the new one at this point

The place has significantly slipped over the past couple of months. You are better off ordering anything but pizza because there's hardly sauce on them. This is based on the last 4 orders and my most recent ordering extra sauce. Without sauce, it makes for a sickening cheesy doughy bread.

Made an order never received!!!! They were playing on the phone. Claimed they didn’t have the order but charged me anyway!! Will be pulling up tomorrow morning!!!!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery at 730. By 930 we still hadn't gotten it. We took into consideration that it's the weekend, it's Mardi gras, and it rained. So we decided to call (multiple times) to get an update and no one would answer. Then we decided to just go get our pizza. Well they hadn't even made our pizza! (And to preface they were not that busy at the store.) And they said delivery orders were canceled due to the weather. But not once did we get a message thru the app or a call saying this. We decided to stay and wait for them to make our pizza and they still couldn't get our order together. The workers seemed very stressed and/or inexperienced and had terrible customer service when they did answer the phone. After waiting another 30 min to get our order another customer came in with the same issue. This is not ok. Especially when we spent almost $100 on pizza.

They gave us the wrong order. I got all the way home & came back for the correct order & it’s nothing but a staff full of people playing around & cursing each other out. Very unprofessional.

Tell me why I got a text that my food was delivered and when I called the manager had an attitude and hung up on me when I asked a very simple question. Who owns this place?

Really slow to get the food and bad customer service. Also the pasta primavera came only the half of the plate, which is very disrepectul when you paid for a whole portion. Very disapponted experience in this Domino's Pizza in New Orleans. Try improving customer service and giving everyone the same good treat if you want the business to succeed, otherwise the only thing you will foster is disappoinment and rascism among people there.

They had 1 person running everything, taking the phone, boxing, prep, and charging for the orders, of course my pizza took 40 minutes, Im not mad at the employee I’m mad at the company for not putting enough people to work.
