Food is fine, value is fine, service is fine. All of the other restaurants in the neighborhood are better. It has also decided to take a weird anti-bus stance, putting up aggressive signs around the property which include a made up speed limit for buses.Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs and tables on the sidewalk block wheelchair access for all trying to proceed through the corner.

Having suffered a tire puncture in the neighbourhood, I went to the Dry Dock Café to get internet. The staff, and especially the patrons, were unbelieveably friendly and helpful in our getting assistance. Thanks!

Food was great!! Didn’t care for the fries- great bar, good selection on tap and fantastic atmosphere - I had just finished riding the levee on my bike- server stayed outside with my bike so I could go in n see what’s on tap.

This has always been such a good place for food, ever since I moved here. I would recommened the chicken sandwhich and burger. Their dessert is really good too, great carrot cake. Service could have been better for the amount of people that were in there, but overall a good experience.

Laid back and cool atmosphere, friendly staff! The food was so good. I had potato skins for an app and red beans and rice with sausage for my meal and it was more than I could eat. My friend got the dry dock burger and also enjoyed it. We got a blond brownie to go after the recommendation from the delightful persistent cook. It is also delicious! This is the perfect place to stumble upon while on vacation away from the chaos.

What a happy find just off of the ferry! Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely and the price was more than reasonable. Our whole party enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and accommodating staff!

We found ourselves feeling a little hungry after taking a walk through the swamp about 15 minutes from the cafe, and popped into this quaint little establishment for lunch while exploring the greater New Orleans area. Our plan was to park the car, grab some lunch, then take the ferry across the Mississippi to the city. The Cafe is less than 100 meters from the ferry terminal, and the plan was to take it across ($2 for adults each way, kids free under a certain age) and explore the French Quarter. Street parking is limited, but there is a pay lot for ferry traffic that was reasonable. Unfortunately, the ferry was closed that Monday due to high winds. Still, our visit was not a loss, as we had a chance to try the Dry Dock Cafe. The wife and I split a catfish and shrimp platter, and the kiddo had a grilled cheese. Portions were plenty big, and the service was great. They also make a decent Bloody Mary, if you are in the mood. This is a solid spot, especially if you are able to combine it in with a ferry trip.

This cozy spot is a stone's throw from the Ferry, right on Algiers Point. A sunny spot for an afternoon pint, and you can post up in the back if you're not seeking a sunny seat. The bar has plenty of charm, and Laura the bartender is the best. Super cool stained glass pieces throughout.
