This is a gem...I happened upon it. The staff was friendly. The food both for dinner and brunch was very good. I had the trio and loved the gumbo. The dessert was a bread pudding with king cake dressing to die for! Brunch was a lovely surprise too. The eggs benedict was served on a slice of fried green tomato and ham. The biscuit came with homemade cherry jam. My husband had an apple pie waffle for brunch. Such a surprise hidden at Dumaine and Dauphine.

One of the best meals in this foodie city! Really cool spot with absolutely delicious food. We’ve been enjoying Eat since 2016 and it never disappoints.

Our favorite place to eat when we visit the French Quarter. Fantastic food for a reasonable price.

Ate here with my daughters and their friends.Delicious food, friendly folks, great art! Even better, the art and at least some ingredients are locally sourced.

We got lucky enough to have brunch there. The staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. The Hog Head Cheese Grit Bowl is made in heaven. The wait is worth it and you will be ok dying after tasting it. Sooo recommended!

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. I got the graham cracker key lime pancakes and my daughter got the ribs and fries and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this place .

A modern take on Cantonese cuisine. The most unique dish is squid ink fried rice. Other good dishes include King Do spare ribs, beef stir fry flat noodles, and wonton soup. Prices are slightly higher than some old Chinatown establishments, but you're paying more for the modern decor than the taste.

Best breakfast hash I've ever had. And they played the dukes of Hazzard theme song during my meal, whats better than that?

The gentleman that sat us stated to bare with him bc he was the chef & was the only one there. We really didn't wait long & EVERYTHING was super yummo. I'm pretty sure we had most of the menu ? His personality made the experience even better.

Kind of a fancy pants looking spot, but when we walked in and heard some great 80's new wave playing on the speakers there was no way we could not eat here. Solid mac & cheese, fried catfish, and chicken & dumplings. A bit pricey, but quality of eats made it A-OK! If you're looking for a more low-key spot for a relaxing meal away from the normal craziness of the French Quarter this is a decent choice. Very clean unisex bathroom too. Always a plus.
