Had the Muffaletta and it was delicious. This didn't have Mortadela on it which I would have loved but delicious nevertheless! Fast friendly service and nice Italian cafe atmosphere. I heard this was run by long time local Italian family. I like to support Mom and Pop type shops! A must try!

I came here with a group of friends after we were walking down the street for a quick lunch spot. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I ordered a pasta dish, and the food was flavourless, bland, and overpriced for what it was. As for the restaurant itself, the floors were sticky, the bathroom was dirty, and the place looked like it was in desperate need of a revamp. I appreciate the staff for doing their best to accommodate our group and our time constraints. Still, I believe great improvements could be made to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of food.

Coming into the restaurant, my group of friends and I were expecting to get a nice, QUICK, tasty meal. But, we were met with the exact opposite. To start, we were greeted with a foul stench of cigarettes and weed. Something definitely not appropriate for most people especially young children and teens. Now, onto the food. The pastas were bland and my marinara pasta had a pool of water on the bottom. The sandwiches were not any better. They were salty, chewy and had an uneven texture. To add on, after the span of 5 seconds, the gravy from the roast beef quickly transferred to the bread and made it extremely soggy. Hence adding to its uneven texture. Not only that, the plates were dirty. The restaurant was also unable to record their orders properly, thus leaving my friends to starve and suffer as they watched everyone else eat. My friends and I then checked the reviews on the restaurants. They talked about recent food poisoning, and other liabilities. As soon as we read these reviews, it became clear that they were true. Finally, we would like to end with a warning; please do not come to this restaurant as the food does not taste good, the restaurant does not practice hygiene, and is overall unsafe.

Terrible food and service, the worst experience everIf I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. The guy that it making sandwiches will do without gloves, a minute later he went out to smoke and come back to make more sandwiches without gloves or washing his hands. The muffuletta was overage and low quality ingredientsThe whole place looked dirty, it smelled horrible and the floor was sticky, itself is disgusting.A huge cockroach follow over from the top shelves into the counter machine next the sandwich station. This place is definitely a tourist trap, if you’ll not got your Sandwich from the grocery market WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Food is absolutely awful. Bland, poorly seasoned, and absolutely not enjoyable. I have no idea where all the 5 star reviews came from as that was certainly not our experience and we were one of only two tables in use in the entire place. On the plus side, that meant our service was good and our server was attentive.

I stopped in for a late lunch. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with crawfish. It was very good. I will definitely eat here again.

Lasagna was best since Granny. Sorry mom, yours is amazing, but they squeezed you out! Lol Service was sweet, and made us feel like family. We talked, and ate, and after our bellies were full, we declared that we'd be back, and being friends! A-1+ all around! Customer for life!

Drinks are small and expensive. I know it's NOLA but even by those standards it's bad. Food was ok but po boys are just so plain and bland. Couldn't believe lunch and 1 drink for 2 people was 85 bucks before tip.

Nicely decorated but that’s really all I can say positive. My wife and I went here one afternoon some months ago and it was incredibly bland and also lukewarm. I would not recommend this place to go to for anything but a picture of the interior.

The muffaletta is good. My only regret is not requesting he use gloves to prep my sandwich. Needless to say I got sick. It was the only thing I ate that day.
