This establishment is quite satisfactory. We ordered a panini, salad, and soup. The quality of the food met our expectations, although it did not leave a lasting impression. It should be noted that all the dishes are freshly prepared. The level of service provided was average. However, it is worth mentioning that the quality of the forks was subpar, as they struggled to hold even a simple lettuce leaf.

Bottom-Line: Not Recommended The Bad - The don't have a lot of ingredients from their menu - no bananas, no strawberries, no granola - Their fruit is not fresh - it's frozen stuff you get at the grocery stores - They load up your smoothie with syrup - Final product - super sweet, not healthy

Lady behind the counter was nice but the sandwich was garbage. I don't get how a pesto sandwich has two tiny leaves of basil. It was loaded with sun dried tomatoes, sandwich was cold and cheese was hardly melted. When I asked for a new sandwich (I took the tiniest bite and had to throw the whole sandwich out) I was told I'd have to buy another one and they don't do refunds. Which is absolutely insane! I would've been fine just having a little salad but nope I'd have to pay another 13$. Would not recommend at all. Smoothie options sounded intriguing but personally would never go there again ??‍♀️ wish I read the reviews.

We are from the uk and travel to America all the time for our holidays. We have always said that customer service is the best in America restaurants, but this really did take us back at how rude the young man was behind the counter was. When we asked for signature soups all the reply was, ain’t got it , when did order a pannini it was definitely not worth it. When paying he then kept reminding us and pointing to the tip jar that we needed to tip. I have no problem tipping and know this is a custom in America but the rudeness of this young man and poor service really is nothing we had experienced before. I don’t think he likes working there and doesn’t like customers.

I wanted to like this place. Unfortunately i paid $15.42 basically for warm bread with a few bites of chicken/silty lettuce and a bottle of water (they won't give out a small cup of water). Ordered the Chicken Avocado sandwich it's supposed to come with "avocado, lettuce, tomatoes with ancho cilantro dressing on ciabatta bread." Pic of the sandwich as advertised and the one I received. The giant picture of the tomato grilled cheese soup looked great but they didn't have any so I didn't add a side.

This was absolutely hands down. The worst experience I've ever had with food. I took family here for a lunch before shopping. Worst $40 I've ever spent. They didn't have any of there signature soups, but offered broccoli and cheese soup (no where on the menu) and the only fountain option was diet Pepsi or root beer....chose root beer....it was NASTY. I want to go back in time. I should have known how it was going to be because there was no line and there was a line for every other restaurant. I just want my $40 back

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Green Leaf's: Terrible Service and Lack of Accommodation for Plant-Based CustomersI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Green Leaf's, located in New Orleans, during my travels from California. As a plant-based vegan, I was excited to try their offerings and had even planned to customize a wrap with quinoa. However, what I encountered at this establishment was nothing short of appalling.Upon entering Green Leaf's and expressing my desire to customize my wrap with quinoa, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response from a young gentleman behind the counter. He simply stated, "We ain't got it," not once, but three times. It was clear that he had no intention of understanding my request or providing any alternative options. I was taken aback by his attitude and shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed. The rudeness and indifference shown by this employee left me feeling completely disheartened. As a customer who values respectful and accommodating service, I found it incredibly disappointing that my simple request was met with such disregard. It is essential for any establishment, especially one claiming to offer diverse food options, to prioritize the needs and preferences of their customers.Regrettably, due to this terrible encounter, I was unable to try the food at Green Leaf's. The staff's unwillingness to assist and their overall lack of customer service left me with no choice but to walk away. It is unfortunate that I wasn't given the opportunity to sample their offerings and make an informed judgment on the quality of their food.As a frequent traveler, I always look forward to exploring different culinary experiences and supporting establishments that cater to my dietary choices. However, based on my encounter with Green Leaf's, I can confidently say that I will never be returning to this establishment. Their abysmal service and disrespectful behavior towards customers is something I cannot overlook or support.I hope this review serves as a constructive criticism for Green Leaf's, urging them to reevaluate their customer service standards and the training provided to their employees. It is crucial for any business, especially one in the food industry, to treat their customers with respect and accommodate their dietary needs to the best of their ability. In conclusion, my visit to Green Leaf's in New Orleans was marred by terrible service and a lack of consideration for my plant-based preferences. I strongly advise fellow plant-based eaters and those seeking a positive dining experience to steer clear of this establishment. There are undoubtedly better options available that value their customers and provide the service they deserve.

If you like to be ignored while also being stared at, this is the place for you. We left because they refused to take out order.

A bunch of thieves, my debit card was used by an employee to purchase food from the restaurant and then shoes or whatever at Journeys. I questioned management, who is probably in on it or the actual culprit about my card because it was never given back at register she just asked my name and said NO. Right after i returned to ask them about my card it was wiped clean. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Guess I should have checked the reviews first! ??‍♀️??‍♀️I was not pleased at all with the chicken avocado in ciabatta bread, nor paying $12.26 for it.This was my first visit, as I was willing to give this place a try because I wanted something healthy. They are pricey, but this was a COMPLETE rip off. Subway gives more meat than this in one scoop, it's cheaper and it's good! This was not grilled long enough because parts of the sanwich was cold. ??I went back to request a refund but the young lady said they don't give refunds? I didn't want a remake, and swapped it for a cold wrap because it was lunch peak time and I didnt want to wait.Do better! Keep consistency with your food quality and service, even at peak times.

I ordered balsamic chicken and roasted peppers, and received a turkey and avocado sandwich. The sandwich was obviously made earlier in the day, and wasn't fresh.

The Mango Magic smoothie was delish & the the young man who helped me was prompt and attentive. Thanks

Panini was undercooked and very underwhelming for the price. Barely any avocado on the sandwich. Also cashier was rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend eating here.
