Rude and unwelcoming at this bar. Maybe it’s because it was nye and the bartender didn’t want to be working. But for us it soured the first part of our evening.Came to this bar based on reviews and to have a couple drinks before dinner.Asked for a menu - was told no menu we have gin. I had seen photos of gin drinks. So I asked about the gin fizz and what other drinks they could make. She said it was the worst drink to make and that she’d have to go get ingredients from somewhere in the hotel. She just stared at us waiting for an order. I said well I don’t want to make you do something you don’t want to do. So what can you make for me? Ended up with a decent cocktail - blackberry gimlet. But we got out of there immediately. Really uncomfortable experience.

I was very excited to go there because I love Gin Very disappointed! Beautiful space! The gin cocktail list is very limited was hoping for more. I can't comment on service because there isn't any!! . And the music isn't matching with the vibe of the space. We eventually left without having anything to drink!! They just need good relaxing bar music with staff and a bigger menu these are small stuff to do and this place could be packed all day long !!

I stay here during Bayou Classic weekend. The service was great. It's centrally located in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food an beverage locations in the hotel are good. NOPSI is one of my favorite hotels in New Orleans. I hope to return soon.

I stayed here with 3 of my closest girlfriends for my 30th birthday and bachelorette trip and it was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back. Not only was the hotel so luxurious but all of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our rooms were ready for check in 3 hours before they were supposed to be. The staff gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion. And the amenities were so nice. We stayed in august so it was so hot out but the rooftop bar was awesome. Highly recommended starting your mornings at the pool. All of my friends were raving about the hotel the whole weekend. And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink outside the hotel. My friends and i are already talking about when we’re coming back.

Perfect from start to finish, we arrived a couple hours, not a problem, got checked in right away, the gentleman behind the desk immediately offered to upgrade us from a standard king to deluxe king, it was greatly appreciated. The valet took care of the car and the best employee at the hotel for sure Kevin the bellman brought up our luggage. Kevin is the true ambassador for the hotel, funny, helpful and always smiling. Concierge was super helpful as well providing us with some restaurant recommendations and street car advise. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street, Our room on the 5th floor was spotless and the bed was super comfy, We used the pool every day, just wish they could cool the water down a bit, temperature of the water really rose in the heat. They have a beautiful courtyard to sit in at night. I would stay here again if we ever came back to New Orleans, Check out was also a breeze, we checked at 7;00 am and the valet had the car to us in less than 5 minutes. All and all the perfect hotel.

Stayed here for a family trip, great location, the decor in the hotel was amazing, best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel, very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was very spacious and quiet, beds were very comfortable. Great stay, Thank you!

Fabulous hotel, classy, immaculately clean, wonderful staff, great location! It would have been 5 but non hotel guests using the pool at weekends caused it to be overcrowded, untidy, a lack of towels & overwhelmed bar staff! Also, the resort fee is a silly idea in my opinion, just charge more for the rooms!

This was the first time my family and I traveled to New Orleans. We had just disembarked from a cruise early in the morning, so everyone was groggy. From the moment our Uber arrived at the hotel, NOPSI made sure we felt right at home. They offered us complementary macarons and handled all of our luggage as they guided us to our rooms. On our way, they kindly answered our questions about the area and local eats. And our stay was so comfortable - spacious rooms, high ceilings, comfortable beds, and a great view of the Central Business District. To crown the whole, we were located a walk's away from the French Quarter - perfect for grabbing some of Cafe Du Monde's famed beignets, taking a leisure stroll around the St. Louis Cathedral, and taking care of souvenir shopping. Definitely coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Nopsi. The staff was super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The rooms, cleanliness, ambiance and overall stay was 10/10. It is also centrally located, all main attractions and amazing restaurants were within 10mins. Would definitely stay again!
