Don't walk to this place, run. My husband and I are visiting New Orleans. I wanted breakfast and he wasn't sure if he wanted breakfast or lunch. Our Airbnb was located in Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans, and we wanted to try something within walking distance. After doing a google search, lucky, we found Horn's Eatory.Once we entered the restaurant, we knew we had found the right place. It is bright, the atmosphere gives off positive vibes, and the staff are wonderful. We were greated with smiles and all our questions about the menu were answered. We may be from California, but never felt more at home.I had their basic breakfast, subbing 1/2 order French toast for the regular toast, Grits, scrambled eggs and sausage. My eggs were scrambled to perfection, the grits were the perfect texture, the French toast was light and crispy. The sausage was good. My husband had a Saraney sandwich (grilled provolone with tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Served in rye. He loved it! Their coffee is delicious! If you are ever in the area, don't pass Horn's Eatery up.

Wonderful little Cafe off the beaten path in NOLA, Cash not accepted, ordering is simple and easy and food is hardy, fresh and quick with great diner coffee to top it off.

Don’t miss out! I just got back from New Orleans and hit up many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I happen to have a gluten allergy, and I was with a friend who is a vegetarian. Going out for a Southern breakfast was a series of the two of us deconstructing the menu and leaving disappointed. Well, not the case at Horns! First of all, the place is decorated with fun, quirky art, a lot of which I noticed, was for sale! Next, the people who worked there were friendly. Which sadly was not the case in many places. Our food was delicious, perfect, plentiful, reasonably priced and piping hot. Make sure you come by there and enjoy a real good breakfast or lunch- you’ll want to go back- I do!Dietary restrictions: As stated above, easy for a vegetarian, vegan and a gluten freeParking: No problem finding on the street parking.

Delicious breakfast spot. The restaurant has a bright, quaint look to it. Great service. Very chill, relaxed vibe. Be sure to check the chalkboard for their specials.

Incredible food. Mom’s and Pop’s joint. Best breakfast I ever had. Huevos Rancheros breakfast was beyond words. Explosion of flavours like no other. Must try. Service was amazing as well.

Stopped in for breakfast, very casual and low key. Nice guy ran the place. Ordered crawfish etouffe and eats, and it was wonderful! Heaping potion, generous on the crawfish, nice and fresh. Will go back next time I'm in town.

Really nice place to grab breakfast and the people working are really nice and courteous. It's small, a little bit dirty (the white chairs are pretty brown), and it's a bit confusing on how to order food at first.

Decent spot for a basic breakfast. I got the bird breakfast consisting of turkey bacon, hash browns, toast, and 2 poached eggs. $12. Good portion and fresh, everyone left satisfied. Dining area was clean and offers plenty of seating. There's also outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and quick. Overall a simple but good meal that I wouldn't go back for. The étouffée was delicious, though. I'd probably go back for that.

Great place to eat. The staff were so sweet and entertaining. The food was delicious. The creole slammer was so amazing and they have their own spin on a dirty chai which is my new favourite!

Super relaxed atmosphere with incredible food. Came here for breakfast on a rainy day and it was the best food I've had in New Orleans so far!
