Fifteen minutes before closing the doors were locked so I had to wait outside in a fine drizzle for five minutes for another customer to leave so I could come in and get my online order. When another customer repeatedly asked if their order was right, they tried to shrug them away before agreeing the order was missing something. I get the impression they were just trying to get out of there prematurely.

Absolutely dreadful customer service and overall experience. Despite pre-ordering our catering food well in advance of their opening hours and scheduling delivery for 11 am, the entire process was a disaster. Despite my multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my order via phone calls, they inexplicably blocked my number, rendering communication impossible. To top it off, our order didn't arrive until a whopping two hours after the promised delivery time. Terrible place!

My delivery order was canceled (because no drivers), and they called to tell me after doing it, instead of calling to give me the opportunity swap to pickup. So, I reordered and went to get it. The atmosphere was loud, cursing music. The staff were super uncaring and unengaged. One of four sandwiches was wrong, so my son would not eat it.

This location is FREAKY SLOW. I placed an order for delivery at 12:23pm, it is now 2:02pm and still haven’t received my order. Not sure if he is walking, stopping and chit chatting but it shouldn’t take this long.

I love Jimmy John’s. But I’m sooo disappointed in the jalepeno ranch. It is just not good. It was my main side part of my unwich. The kickin ranch made it better. & it just tastes so much better! I won’t be returning, but thank you for the many years ! God

We walked in at 7:08, the restaurant was supposed to close at 8. They wouldn’t let us order because they decided they wanted to close early.
⚠️ Avoid this JJ location ⚠️There are plenty of affordable cafes around with delicious food.I popped in on the way to the theater. I had never bought JJ sandwiches before, but it was late, and I was late.The two service guys stared at me in silence.Not even "Hello!".It was just like two heifers, silent, chewing and looking at me from under their brows.I quickly studied what they had ordered and heard: whaaaaaaat??? and so on, three times in a row.The music is playing so loud that no one can listen to or want to hear anyone.My veggie sandwich contained only mayonnaise, cheese, and raw cabbage.No one asked me if I needed to add anything, no one told me what options were available, if any.They just slipped me something inedible and also gave me attitude for zero tips.⚠️ Pass them by! ⚠️Vegetarian options: Veggie sub
