Everything was great at the restaurant. Sitting in the front people watching was interesting. One sketchy moment. A couple of annoying moments when all talking had to stop while adult juvenile drive by in 3 wheeled trike with radio blaring so it could be heard on Mars. I hope they go painfully deaf soon.

I called the restaurant to make a reservation over the phone. Then I called the restaurant over the phone to see if I could cancel. I was told “sure no problem” and then got a charge on my card for $195. If the man who canceled my reservation would have been courteous enough to let me know it would cost me $195 to cancel I would have kept the reservation. Instead he was deceitfully rude by not being frank about the cancelation fee if I were to cancel. I am a local who frequents this restaurant but I am turned off by the lack of customer service and respect. I will not recommended Justine’s ever again because they took advantage of the situation.

Wanted a light bite close to my hotel on Canal Street for last night in NOLA. This place fit the bill. Escargot and white wine recommended by bar tender.

Terrible atmosphere, very loud street sounds/music from passing cars, and food was equally as bad/we did not finish our meals. Would not recommend nor ever go back.

They post the price of liquor at one price, $11, and when the bill comes, they add another $4 to each drink for the soda. One drink was $15. When we questioned it, they went on the defensive.

Delicious food, cocktails and wines. Steak Frites are perfectly done. Attentive service is a plus!!!

This restaurant was so beautiful inside. Loved everything we tried. My favorite was the beef tartare! Very nice cocktail/mocktail menu as well.

We went to the dinner service. Our daughters ordered the fried chicken sandwiches and my spouse and I ordered the shrimp and grits. We could see the sandwiches sitting under the heating lamp for about 10 minutes and I finally asked if they were ours and if we could please have them since the girls were hungry. After 15 minutes of our daughters eating, the GM apologized for the delay citing there had been “an incident earlier with the grits” and he would make sure our food would come out soon. He stated he would take care of our entrees. Our food came out 40 minutes later. While I understand things happen in a kitchen but this was ridiculous. When our entrees arrived, the grits were slightly under cooked, the shrimp were chewy and the sauce was salty. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our experience.

A french dinner while in New Orleans is always a treat. We were sat immediately on a rainy Friday night and Bryce, our sommelier happily helped us choose a great bottle to enjoy with our meal. We started with the little jem salad, basic and boring. Next were the mussels, wagyu with frites and whole branzino. I wasn't a fan of the mussels, something was off - maybe the acidic broth? But I'd definitely recommend and return for the other entrees.
