This is necessary stop if you are looking for something a less chaotic from the French Quarter. Nothing but first class; from the valet courtyard, to the lobby elegance, to the classical table presentation. My wife and I brought our 2 year old to her first high tea; Le Salon has set the bar high for her! Highly recommend!Parking: Very accommodating valet and hotel conciergesKid-friendliness: Available highchairs, staff were extreme interactive and kind to my 2 year old

my granddaughter and I have been celebrating her Birthday at Le Salon for the last 10 years. We plan to continue this tradition for years to come. Lisa O has been our gracious server for many of these years. She is a consummate professional and exudes graciousness.

My husband and I, along with our daughter and SIL, enjoyed the Sunday Tea. The food was excellent, our server, Lisa, was attentive and very knowledgeable. The restaurant ambiance was lovely, the harpist was a wonderful bonus. Le Salon efficiently accommodated one guest with a food allergy. . I would certainly recommend Le Salon to anyone!

We have been doing te here for over 20 years, and the price we paid for the amount of tidbits was way too much. We had 5 people and only enough for maybe 3-but the tea was good and the service was fantastic.

Afternoon tea is such an enjoyable experience here. Definitely want to go again! The pianist played great songs, a parade was going on, so we were able to enjoy that in between the piano music, and the sandwiches and scones were delicious!!! Not to mention the tea! A+

Le Salon was an excellent experience. A nice and relaxing environment with excellent workers, drinks and snacks. I can't wait to come back. I would love to bring a friend one day.

Very fun experience. Went with my Mom on a Sunday. Beautiful music from the pianist. The food was great and filling despite being smaller sizes. Everything was very tasty and lots of tea options! Our server was wonderful as well. Looking forward to returning!

Lovely. We were seated next to harp and also piano so it was hard to talk without yelling but otherwise ok. Really enjoyed the tea. It is very pricey though, for the amount of food one gets. Oh well.

$80/ person at Christmas and $65-75 at other time of year is ridiculously expensive. Tea doesn’t stay hot as it should. Lukewarm by second cup. They add on their own gratuity, over 20%. Should be able to tip based on service. It’s nice to go there, the atmosphere is exceptional. I have been going to tea for $35 years. We start off taking our little girls as a kindergarten graduation day special outing. It was abou $18 when we first began attending. Especially since the pandemic, prices have basically doubled and more. Can’t really justify taking just the immediate family of parents, siblings, and grandparents for the price. Salaries have not gone up. I’m retired on a fixed budget. It’s disenchanting not to be able to treat my little ones and our family out to a special day. We always go about 3 to 4 times a year, but, can’t justify the price. We’d love to start going more. If the price could be reassessed and come to under $50, I know we’d go more.Dietary restrictions: Will give fruit plate instead of desserts I’d request for diabetic diet. I request this when making reservation as to how many dessert plates we’d need.Parking: Parking should be complimentary.Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly with options of hot chocolate, etc, instead of tea.Wheelchair accessibility: Ok, if you can find the proper seating on low level. Recommend making that known when requesting reservations. Ladies room easy to maneuver power chair

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredible, everything was delicate and beautiful, the harpist was an elegant touch. All three courses were absolutely delicious, perfectly executed and flavorful. Our tea assistant was charming and very friendly, making sure our cups never went low and she even asked the harpist to play a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday for me as she delivered my beautiful dessert assortment. It was such a sweet surprise and a truly touching gesture. I'd happily attend tea service again.

We had a fabulous time at Holiday Tea. Le Salon never disappoints. We loved the changes to the sandwiches, scones are always the best and the vanilla bourbon chai tea was amazing! I had the mulled wine, it warmed your soul and tasted great! Ms. Paige always provides excellent service with a smile! She is so sweet and she remembers return customers. We have been coming here for years and we can't wait for the next themed tea, Mardi Gras!

Worst tea I have experienced after MANY years of having tea here on many different occasions. For several years, my daughter and I enjoyed tea at the Windsor EVERY Friday. The tea selection is awesome, scones were hard but had a good taste. The finger "sandwiches" is a joke and so are the desserts. My party of 3 were horrified and resolved never again. That chef needs to be dismissed and unless he passed away, re-hire the chef from 15 years ago. Don't be fooled...Just LOOK at the pictures! They say it all. And the COST for 3 was well over $250.00. They tacked on $40.00 tip, $18.00 taxes and $7.00 valet charge. Not wanting to make a scene, my daughter paid it...I would have insisted on seeing the manager. Not having been there in a while, I was SO looking forward to my once favorite place where they did actually served FINGER Sandwiches and strawberries that could not be eaten in one bite. To say I was very disappointed is putting it mildly. It was the first time I left there hungry. For the "newbies", they might not have anything in the past to compare to....we did. Windsor Court you can, and should, do BETTER. The next time we are downtown, we will be dining at Ruth Chris' or the Ritz.Lola Butler

Took my granddaughter for her first tea for the holidays. I suppose since I was dining with a child they put us at a kids table. The table was low with long trim, so we couldn't put our legs under the table. It was difficult to get tp our food. The ambience was great, the bread was stale. The holiday decor was lovely.

Afternoon tea at Windsor Court during the holidays is a must! The hotel is beautifully decorated, the food is wonderful and the harpist playing the Christmas music adds to the ambience.
