Over all the food and service were wonderful. BEWARE! They charge you to use your credit card. The legal limit as of 4/1/23 is 3.00%. The claim there is a cash discount. A cash discount would be off the menu price, not increasing your bill if you pay by credit card. I'm reporting them and would encourage you too.

The host/manager was a bit off and made us stand in the doorway for several minutes before seating us in a near empty restaurant but once we were seated our server was great and the food was exceptional. Amazing gumbo and the crawfish mac and cheese was a winner. Solid drinks too. Check this place out.

A memorable meal. Excellent suggestions by our waiter Braxton A. Loved the black glazed ribs and the peach pie a la mode had a different twist! The house vodka was smooth and the Cucumber Collins was refreshing, all for a for a pretty reasonable price!

Drinks are great and very clean tasting. Bottomless vodka drinks for $20 11a-3p well worth it! Crawfish and and cheese- creamy cheesy goodness, blackberry ribs- fall off the bone melt in your mouth, pork skewers melt in your mouth amazing flavor, fried pickles-light and crunchy not greasy very good with poblano dipping sauce. Definitely a stop in New Orleans if you looking for something to eat and drink this is the place to go!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options
The outdoor atmosphere was perfect today and the drinks, appetizers and entrees were all delicious. We enjoyed our first trip there.

This review is ONLY regarding the distillery, as we didn’t try any of the food.Service was really friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about all of their distilled spirits.We had a couple of Gin & Tonics, which were really good. If you’re a fan of G&Ts, I’d highly recommend stopping in here for a drink. The gin AND the tonic are made by the distillery. Both are really good! And the drink was served in an chilled (as in stored in the freezer) flute!The whiskey, which we tasted at the offering of our waitress, was good but it tasted a little “young”. They’ve been open since 2017, so the offering of whiskey is perhaps a little early and it might need some more time to mature. That said, it would probably be very good in one of their whiskey drinks on the menu - they have rye as well btw.

We had booked Lula to celebrate our son's last night as a single man and were so very pleased with the establishment, the food and atmosphere and especially with the service, from the event coordinator all the way to the waiter working with us. Bravo!

This was our first dinner out in NOLA and it hit just right. The blackberry ribs were amazing, the on-tap drinks were perfect and surprisingly well crafted for in-house spirits. The salads, creole dishes, and desserts were fantastic. Very much worth a stop - you’ll be happy.Kid-friendliness: Kids LOVED it.
We picked this one just at random and it was so fantastic! Our server Daniel was so great, food was amazing, and we just enjoyed every minute of it. The one downside is music selection, although excellent songs, was a little too loud to hear our conversation. Otherwise we were extremely pleased.

First night in NOLA and my friend and I decided to eat at Lula. We ordered Crawfish queso - So basic of us but it was really good and the fact that they served it with wonton chips that did not have even a whisper of grease was a superb bonus Fish of the day (red fish): Firm and cooked perfectly with generous but not overpowering seasoning Shrimp brochette - Fat mac daddy shrimp stuffed with tasso and poblano and wrapped in bacon? Hell yeah. My only feedback is maybe instead of the mountain of mashed potatoes it could be served with Dauphinoise potats Planters Punch - Stunning. Using the run they distill on site, this cocktail was strong and sweet without being grossly syrupy or sugary. Service was amazing and it is obviously a well liked restaurant by locals.

I have no words to describe the amazing food here. Service is also quite amazing. I had the fried chicken sandwich and almost lost it on the first bite. I had no idea it could taste so good. Also... GET THE QUESO! You will not be disappointed. They also have crazy brunch/lunch specials.

Disappointed. Food was so so. Service was slow. One of four entrees were good. All came out luke warm at best. Bathrooms were unkept. For the price, not impressed. Could have been better. High prices small pour drinks.
