We had to remind the server that our meal had not arrived, and when it did, it was not hot; and the server then disappeared, didn't bother to check back with us.The band were way too loud for a restaurantExtra charge for using a credit card seems to be a standard NOLA ripoffThe Fire Dept needs to take a look at the pile of outside parasols stacked over the fire exit.Worst meal in our trip..

Food took an hour to come after I’d asked for it, then it was lukewarm. Had to eat it as I was so hungry but it was mediocre at best.Such a shame for my last night in New Orleans as other venues were great. Not recommended at all, but music was good.?

The staff were nice. But the rest of our experience at this place was incredibly subpar. All food was cold when it got to our table. My chicken sandwich wasn't even tossed in hot sauce like it stated on the menu. The Gumbo was terrible and cold. The drinks were terrible and barely had any alcohol. It took too long to get our Appetizer, and the cherry on top was that they charged extra to use a credit card! I mean this place really ripped us off. The price was ridiculous for what we got. I don't know if it was an off Wednesday night, but this place was just a terrible mistake. Will never go there again.

The biggest problem was a lack of communication with our large group about how long it would take for us to receive our food and drinks after placing our orders. And in the end, after more than an hour's wait the food arrived cold. For how busy the restaurant was, they were extremely understaffed. Finally, the manager got very aggressive with our table which made us all upset.

Took over one hour for drinks and 1.5 hours for cold mediocre food - the restaurant was empty when we went in. Some food was never brought (it was a salad and there were no other vegan options) and for beers they were out of, they just never brought them or asked us to choose an alternate. Upon suggesting we should not pay for service the management agreed to a 15% reduction on food but we would still pay tip (a reasonable compromise) but then while printing the bill they said "they changed their mind and someone would reach out to discuss the issue tomorrow"... That was 3 days ago and I'm not expecting a call anytime soon. Definitely avoid for poor service, rude staff, bad food.

Forced to pay the full tip even after speaking to the manager on the phone. Horrific tourist trap, staff claimed it wasn’t their fault because only 1 person to make drinks… but it was half empty on a Wednesday. Extremely cold, everyone wearing coats inside (The band was half decent, but very loud)AVOID

Since they have an event everyone comes in and orders at once so suddenly the restaurant is full and has lots of orders. This meant that everyone got their food at different times and their food was often cold.We didn't go for the food though! Show was great!!Vegetarian options: They didn't have many vegetarian options, they had crepes and a fruit parfet
This is a two part review.Our first experience was fantastic, we went for a late lunch. Excellent cocktails, food and service. While there, we noticed an ad for Drag Brunch the following day, so we decided to go and bring the whole family. So I give 5 stars for lunch.The brunch, unfortunately, only gets 1 star. The Queens were amazing, beautiful and fun. The cocktails, service and food all kind of sucked. I liked my Cloudy Day cocktail, but no one else at the table liked what they got. The server never came back to let us order more drinks, so that was a bummer.The fried green tomatoes were really good, but everything else was just sub-par and all of our food took forever and came out at the same time (apps and entrees).The music was so loud it was literally painful. Two people from our party left and waited outside for the food.It was a complete disappointment.

I went for dinner, live music. Very good sandwich with meat and chips, with beer recommended by the waiter and I must say excellent! The only flaw is seeing people abandoning tables due to the waiting time.

This place had great reviews. However our experience was mediocre at best. Food came out luke warm and my boyfriends Pork chop was fine but it was presented on top of this bed of corn that was not good at all or fresh. We felt like we got leftovers from the night before. It was not a good experience for us at all. Maybe it was an off night, but I don't think we will go back. Lots of better choices in the Quarter.
