They're rarely actually taking orders when they say they're open, the line is always painfully long, the staff take ages to get through each car, order items are always missing, and the experience just tends to be unpleasant.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the country. Every single item on my order was messed up in some way. They just left out half of the order. Everything they did include was old and dry. Maybe I've learned my lesson.

I initially went to the drive thru but it wasn't moving, so I went into the store. I attempted to use the kiosk but was unsuccessful. There were people there waiting on food orders and I was the only person in line to order. After waiting 15 min they finally began passing out food that has been sitting on the prep area, and finally took my order. If I had been there for myself I would have left, but I was there getting food for a sick friend. There was only about 5 cars in the drive thru and maybe 4 people inside so I don't know why there was such a delay. I don't eat McDonald's food so I won't be back.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience, I was disappointed. After waiting for a while in the drive thru, I went around to go inside to pick up order, but the door was locked. I was able to get someone's attention, and finally, a manager came to open the door. After all of this, my order was incorrect. I ordered a bacon, egg , and cheese biscuit meal. There was no cheese. Maybe they were having a bad day. Make sure to check your order before leaving.

Tried ordering a shake through DoorDash from this location and after an hour of waiting, it never arrived. I know it was an issue with the restaurant and not DoorDash. Take your business elsewhere.

WOW I experienced the most enjoyable friendly EmployeeAnd trainee. I haven't eaten atA McDonald's in over 10+Years. My grandchildren have all grown up. But now I know it's not just the kids favorite place to go. It will be mine as well. Yes McDonald's will be my kind of place ✌️?✊

These *&^holes took a mobile order, then after finding the door locked and trying the drive thru and waiting a total of 47 minutes, I realized that my time wasn't worth it and left. Now I can't get a refund. This isn't the first time this store has been a fiasco. AVOID AT ALL

Manager working this morning Dec. 17, 9:30am needs to learn to communicate better with customers. I ordered chicken McGriddles but was given spicy chicken only. I asked the manager about it but was ignored. I stood there in the store waiting hoping to get what I ordered but it took an employee to tell me that this store doesn’t have the regular chicken and only has the spicy. That manager does not need to be a manager if she can’t come over and say something as simple as that. The manager came back to the front after the employee told me that they don’t have the regular chicken and said “I just told you that,” she never did and only mumbled as she walked away. Manager trying to start a fuss then tell me to have a good day…. I’m not coming back. Horrible response, horrible attitude.

One of the managers (dont know if they were a GM or assistant manager) was extremely rude to a Mexican family. Not sure if he was just a racist or just didn't care about anyone in general. This McDonald's screwed up their order as they were waiting for half an hour just for $20 worth of food.They were also struggling to communicate with him and the look on his face made it seem he was disgusted with the family. It was quite painful to watch. This person has no business being service industry if he hates himself and others. The nice older lady at the register should be the GM, she was trying her best to assist the family but the GM /or assistant manager was also being rude to her. And based on her reaction, this isn't the first time it happened. She looked so defeated and sad by the end of the interaction.Do y'all selves a favor and don't go to this location.
