This was our first stop for a meal, and it didn't disappoint! I got the NOLA sampler, and everything was delicious. My wife got the shrimp po-boy, which was also very good. Our server was super attentive, and we got seated at a window table which was lovely.

Wanna taste a burger bigger than your face, with super crispy southern fried fish in it? Wanna feel the interest of peeling the tasty crawfish by yourself? Wanna combine the gumbo and jambalaya together? Come here and enjoy.

The southern oysters were great and the bread that came with it was a home run.

Sat the the bar, bartender was very friendly. They were running a boiled crawfish special for like $20 - I thought was good. The shrimp & grits were good too. Wish I would’ve tried a few oysters, but just didn’t have the stomach for it this visit. Overall, would recommend!

Horrific experience. From no organization at the very entrance. Couldn’t tell where the line started. Waited for a good 10-15 minutes before a young man started speaking to the guest in front of me. Then skipped me and spoke with the guest behind me lolWaited a few more minutes. One guy taking tables and seating guest starts yelling telling everyone to go back outside…. Directing the crowd in some kind of anger where there’s no host is NASTY WORK!But ok ??‍♀️So the young man with the suit comes by again and starts asking everyone how many are in their parties. Again he speaks to EVERYONE and skips me. So I stopped him and told him “I’m a party on 1”He finds this little space by the bar where it’s the handoff area for servers to grab their drinks for their tables lolIt’s stunk! And little flys were flying around. I knew what I wanted since I looked at the menu previously…. But, the odor, crowded bar where the bartender catered to everyone but myself, and tasteless chargrilled oysters that I had to season lol… I was over it.Never will I come back!Better off going to a black owned establishment.

Other than a short wait there was nothing to dislike here. I had chargrilled oysters, BBQ shrimp and fried catfish and shrimp. Every single thing exceeded my expectations. Will definitely go again when I'm back in New Orleans!

We absolutely love Charbroiled oysters and have tried several other places in the Quarter. Mr. Ed's is by far our favorite. We also love the BBQ shrimp. Service was outstanding and food is always superb!

A good option to try Cajun food. The attention is excellent and I value that significantly. The space is simple and cozy, with a very manageable menu. I thought the food was good. I thought the alligator, chicken poboy and crap cake were very good.
