Food: The Tofu Taco I got was smushed. It was wrapped in tin foil and tasted microwaved and pre-made. Was expecting better for a $6~ taco. The mango lassi was lacking, lil bland, and small for $6 as well.Service: Service was ?? Very helpful.Atmosphere: Great little atmosphere but was a bit dirty. Equipments on the outside dining was poorly maintained. The “pagoda” kitchen blasted music.

I had a bad experience with a cashier today. I asked her for a drink that is sweet and fruity, but the one she suggested wasn't that. When I asked her about it in a polite way, she got an attitude and said "to each its own". I had to pay full price for another drink that I should have gotten the first time. I believe I should have received at least a discount because the cashier recommended the drink, and I was expecting it to be sweet and fruity, However, I experienced neither and received an attitude that makes me not want to return. I would not recommend this place for trying new things

First time going and I wouldn't recommend Pagoda to anyone. The breakfast bacon tacos are okay at best... a lot of hype. I ordered two and they gave me one salsa for two tacos and the container isn't even 5% of the way full. If I didn't get it to go I would have went back to the window. Paid $13+ and I could've had better from Taco Bell for $5. Needless to say I will never be going back again.

Not worthwhile. Had us waiting half an hour outside since there's no indoor seating for some breakfast tacos that were VERY subpar and overpriced. I could've made these at home (it was just scrambled eggs and barely any potatoes that I was able to pick out). Did not understand the hype from the reviews whatsoever.

Just happened to find this place on my way to do some work and I'm glad I found it. Ordered the turkey bacon tacos. They were great and the sauce that comes with them has the perfect amount of heat. Great atmosphere and fast service.

Food is good but the service is soooo slow. I ordered one taco and waited 20 minutes! It’s always like this even if there are only a couple of people waiting. They definitely need more help or they need to condense the menu.

Really cool outdoor walk-up cafe, in urban village setting. The Cuban sandwinch was very good!

I ordered the chicken sandwiche and a coffee (regular drip) The coffee took 25 minutes to be handed to me, and the food took about 45 to come. And when it came I had finished the coffee, so I ordered another one (they charge for refil), and it took 20 more minutes. So I was never able to have my coffee with the food because they are really slow. There were employees on their phones and chatting while just one person was pouring coffees. Come one how come it takes 20 minutes to pour coffee into a cup?

Great spot! Good food and coffee. A bit of a wait, but if you're not in a rush, it's a great spot!

I visited Pagoda with some friends for a mid-morning snack. I had the mushroom turnover with an iced green tea and my friends both had the sausage roll. These hand-held snacks were small but exactly what we needed! The mushroom turnover was flavorful and the pastry was perfect. My friends liked the sausage rolls too! We took our food to go but there is outside seating available under a covered patio. Be patient and prepared to wait as they are popular! I would definitely return.

It is unfortunate but my experience has not been positive with this place. I work nearby. I was told that the service is slow before I visited but it is also rude as well. ( Why people believe slow service is ok I don't know). 4 people are working there. I waited almost 3in before someone even took my order. Even after I said Hi. I asked for their pastry selections when they did help you would have thought that was my fault. They had no names and the pastries were behind their heads. I waited nearly 10 minutes for a tea and a muffin but they served me a mushroom turnover. When I asked that they get me the muffin someone said that I ordered the wrong thing....uh... You heard the wrong request. I wouldn't be adamant and am rarelybut this time I was. The. When I asked for help a customer was mad at me and said I needed to wait to the cashier. I finally asked for the muffin ( it was burnt) and left. As I am walking away the cashier speaks to a manager now finally helping me called me the "older lady". They made the next one in line wait 2 minutes before taking the order. Pagoda...you are in the business of customer service. You have competition right across the street. You need to step up or close. That is the last time I visit.
