We liked the look from the outside and decided to request a table. Our waitress Dena K was helpful, patient and fun. I ordered the gulf shrimp, stone ground grits, and a sauce that was quite tasty. The 3 singing gentlemen in blue suits stopped by out table and we were happy to join the fun. We also had the opportunity to watch a Michael Jackson wanna be dance outside the window. Had dinner here a few years ago and it was very good. The ambiance is still good but the food was well below par this time I had the crawfish and my wife the mussels. Both portions were of poor quality, tasteless and extremely small and meager portions. Service was extremely slow and it was very noisy. I do not recommend it and will not be returning again.

Nice environment, disappointing food. Salty, everything seemed to have the same brown sauce, from soup to crab cheesecake to catfish. Might not have minded had it been tastier. Our waiter, Jamal, was a pleasure. Too much money for food that we left largely uneaten.

Stephanie in Sales was responsive, helpful, and thorough in the planning process. Server Nicole and her team were outstanding! Atmosphere was lovely. Bartenders Stevie and Melissa were friendly on point. Courses were timed well and the guests enjoyed the food. Thank you to the whole Palace Cafe team for a wonderful dinner!
