Like this location, just need to put there pizza in the oven for another 15 minutes at 375 to harden the crust a bit more, otherwise good place, and superb delivery

The delivery was awful but the manager made sure we got our correct order. I call in to speak to the manager. The manager got someone to bring our correct order fast and hot. I seen many bad comments. I hope they get better training because they showed care for us even though they messed up on the order, they fixed it.

I only ordered order one NY pizza with one dipping sauce...Both the crust & the dipping sauce were wrong. Definitely disappointed.

My family just picked up 2 burnt pizza, $35.00 and the burning was visible when packed by employee for our pick up. They should have been remade immediately but packed as good anyway. They said to correct their mistakes, we would have to pay a delivery fee for new ones. And bring burnt pizzas to store tonight. We're not getting out again tonight and I'm returning the 2 burnt pizzas tomorrow morning. They will still be burnt in the morning. Manager stood this isn't allowed and I stated, that's what's happening. In returning in the morning and eating a different meal tonight since they refuse to correct this tonight unless I pay them to correct it.

They don’t use gloves handling your food. Asked why No gloves the manager said they are taught/trained to not use gloves. Way to go Papa Johns. Sounds real food safety certified. I’ll come back with a ew review and pics attached in a few

I placed an order for carryout today and the food was not even warm. It was clear that the food was made earlier and re-heated. Even the pull aparts were stale. I contacted the storeanager who insisted that he personally made the pizza.How hard is it to apologize to your customer as opposed to further insulting them by lying. I was very disappointed with the service I received and will not be frequenting this restaurant again.
I was interested in tasting there NY Pizza. So I ordered it. It was regular pizza. I ultimately blame myself and realize I should have tried one of the non-franchised pizza places in the city. Ow I have not had a bad experience at this spot. Just don't like this NY Style pizza.

Quality of this place has declined. The last pizza I ordered was such poor quality that I would of rathered frozen pizza from the store and I love papa johns.

I ordered two pizzas and was charged for both and only got one, I call to let them know and get nothing but attitude in return horrible service and they just blamed the driver for there mistake kelsey it the worst.

They are hiring door dash to deliver. Door dash shows up with an order under a first name only with no matching last name or matching address so of course it's not my order but for someone with the same first name as me. Then they tried to make me keep the order. I called the Papa John's store and now have to go pick up my own order. I've asked to have the tip removed and she said "they would take care of that" whatever that means. Not impressed - if they are going to hire third party drivers why deliver by first name and not address??!!
