Trash customer service I called to confirm my order would be delivered because the door dasher called me stating they gave my order away. I sat on the phone for an hour called from another number the left me on hold again PAPA JOHNS COULD NEVER. When u go in they pass your food and ignore tf out of you I hate the staff no lies they rude and obviously slow. So finally get a manager on the phone and she is basically saying they don't operate to satisfy customers. Trash

We ordered delivery. They messed up the order and forgot some items. I and another person called them several times and have been transferred to the stores numerous times only to wait for around 10 minutes each time before someone hangs up the phone. Very bad. We tipped the driver, so it shouldn’t be anything personal. Paying for an item or service and not receiving it is grounds for fraud.
My daughter and I stopped to get some pizzas after church. I'd suggested we get Dominos due to my funds but she specifically had a taste for Pizza Hut. So I caved in and suggested that we get 1 large pizza and split the toppings so we both could have the toppings we both wanted but I was shocked to find that they had a "budget friendly menu" just like Dominos so we each could get our own medium sized pizza with 1 topping we each wanted. Not only was that a welcomed surprise, but the pizza tasted delicious, just like the Pizza Hut I REmembered❣️ The only suggestion I'd make is for them to at least offer medium 2 topping pizzas to be in direct competition with Domino's.

Ordered on app. Glitch in system with paying via Google Pay so I used a credit card. Received immediate confirmation from credit card company but Pizza Hut showed it wasn’t paid. Had to pay again, and once store received order stated they were out of medium pan pizza dough. I’d I wanted pan would have to order large so I had to order five large pan pizzas.
