Amazing place with great drinks! On the sweeter side as long as you don't mind. Would go again.

Ordered a Vanilla Latte and it was way too sweet. Sadly did not get to try anything else. The service was not great, I didn't have to wait at all really they had my drink ready pretty quick but this was late morning early afternoon.Customer service was lacking. No one greeted, or said have a nice day. The only interaction was placing my order. The works cared more about chit chatting. I get that, and it was slow but this is a tourist town and for those who are unfamiliar extra customer service can go a long way, even if its a simple "Welcome to PJs".

Our barista was very nice and prompt in preparing our orders for us. The mocha latte was delicious and just the thing for a Wendy raw day in New Orleans.

One of the girls had a really nasty attitude problem and she’s always charging me different prices for the same drink ! when I pointed it out she proceeded to argue with me telling me that I was wrong even tho I have bank statements showing other wise. atleast at Starbucks you can get a cup of water if you purchase something they won’t even give you water in a cup unless you pay for it. Just straight rude and money hungry .

In Daily Life Have Fun

Untrained staff don't know the difference between cold brew and nitro. Made a iced cold brew I stead of nitro, when identified that this was not the correct thing. All the staff jumped in and started talking down on the topic because it was made right. In the end they didn't make the right thing and didn't know it. Nor, have a clue about this drink to know of they do or do not serve it.I took the cold brew because I like it. The problem is the staff training.

Coffee is ok but food is mediocre. Strawberry croissant was dense and dry with minimal filling. Cinnamon roll was the same but can be somewhat compensated for by the large amount of icing on top. And the sausage, egg, and cheese croissants are pre-frozen which is to be expected, however upon multiple visits, each time the staff could not properly reheat to the point that the middle of the egg and sausage were not ice cold, even after having to ask it be heated further after their first attempt each time. Only saving grace is that the food was covered by our Hilton dining credit, otherwise I would have wanted a refund had we paid directly. If you're looking for a place to visit and not staying at the Doubletree, there are so many better options closeby!

I love PJs. Wedding Cake and Bananas Foster are the best!

I recently visited this coffee chain while traveling out of state, after seeing a lot about it on Instagram (and knowing I don't have one at home). Most of the locations I encountered were attached to hotels. The setup was simple with tables and chairs and some shelves with merchandise for purchase. The staff was friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. I tried their fall seasonal offering, the S'mores Velvet Coffee, and it was quite delicious. It actually tasted like s'mores instead of just chocolate. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

Good coffee and nice flavor options

The iced mocha tasted like chocolate milk. I don’t think there was a drop of actual coffee in it. The Croissant was meh. They didn’t have any other food options and it was only 12pm. Lastly, the service was bad. They kept getting everyone’s drinks mixed up and then the staff was getting irritated at the customers because we were confused about whose drink was whose (example: the drink they gave me said “Greg caramel” when I had ordered a mocha and I’m not Greg.) But when I pushed back they were rude to me.

30 minutes for a cup of hot coffee. Women serving just filling random orders, not in the order that they were taken. Hence 30 minutes for a coffee. Asked for my money back, cashier said to just wait, that they would make mine now. Wish that I hadn't tipped when I paid. Wow, just tried my coffee and there's no hazelnut in it. What a waste of time and money.
