While the food is good, and usually well-prepared, order fulfillment is often careless. Often times, items are omitted, or incorrect items are packed. Recommend that you carefully check your order INSIDE the restaurant BEFORE departing.

My experience was very quick and very happy I don't even remember it was so fast my head was still spinning when it was over! These people are great hard-working people who moved really fast to get me out the door hahaha they enjoy their jobs they enjoy their customers and they enjoy making good food for peopleParking: Very large parking lot wheelchair accessible ramps into the restaurant and there are plenty of handicapped parking spaces close to the doorWheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps up to the door and into the restaurant add handicap parking spots in front of the doors
Placed a mobile order for pickup, it took 30 minutes of me waiting in line.

Absolutely awesome experience with this Popeyes restaurant.., the food...mmmm and the overall staff were very energetic and generally happy to serve the customers that were there. ? great ? dinner for a descent price if you are asking me, ?Parking: The parking that is available is an entire lot free to the Popeyes customers only. And the lot is pretty big so there was plenty of parking at dinner time ?Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is pretty kid-friendly with providing a kid's menu and the dining room is not at all dangerous for letting little kids walk aroundWheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is equipped with handicapped parking spots right outside of the front door and the parking spots are equipped with wheelchair ramps to the sidewalk and the sidewalk is very wheelchair accessible to the door
Walked in and manager yelled for employee to come behind counter. She told us to order at the kiosk. I asked if she could take my order and she said they want us to use the kiosk. I again asked for someone to take my order and they refused. I left without ordering. There should be options. Never again.

The chicken wings that I ordered wasn’t in the black box that it’s supposed to come in mixed with sauce. I asked about it to the person at the window and was told that is how it comes but advertised it comes in a black box mixed with sauce. She stood there not trying to make the situation better. I asked for a manager and she closed the window and shook her head. Also in my order was a bacon chicken sandwich, the sandwich supposed to come with two full sized strips of bacon on it but on my sandwich was a half of bacon in two pieces. I was also told that that’s how the sandwich comes but advertised, it’s supposed to be two strips of bacon. Who ever making the food need training and the lady at the window need training as well. Whoever is the manager needs to be more aware of what is going on in the restaurant. My order was never fixed. I drove off in complete disappointment. Ordered and picked time was about 8:50pm on February 15.
This Carrollton/Earhart franchise location sucked! Disorganized, ghetto rude, simply impossible to work with, signage $'s conflicted with self-serve kiosk $'s, apparently NO manager at all, etc.. After 45 min., I gave up. Do 4238 Claiborne instead. I went there to spend my $100. They were great! called the order in, Mngr. answered, & it was ready when I got there!
Had to wait over 15 minutes just for food go still be cold. They said that they were making fresh mashed potatoes but the nuggets were cold not even warm.

Upon entering, it’s best that you place your order at the kiosk. It would help the ordering process tremendously. The manager on duty today was so absolutely amazing and efficient in her process with her workers. It was super busy, but they kept the orders coming as people kept coming in. She provided service with a smile and a “we in the game” when chicken, etc. was dropped in the grease!!! Be patient, as this location is always busy!
The quality was very disappointing. The pieces were small, lacked the usual zing. The red beans side was much smaller than I recall. Finally the cost was upwards of $10.00 all for a three piece combo.
Didn't go here
