Currently staying at the hotel and wanted breakfast so we waited for 25 mins and no one acknowledged us, we asked the lady if we could be sat and just told us to keep waiting so we did and no one came so we just left, in the lobby we had a family tell us they waited 40 mins at the table and no one came so they got up and left, no managers around to even help so horrible stay so far

Great drinks and really good appetizers. Nice, cool atmosphere too. They were out of their December special drinks. The staff were very friendly too. Otherwise, I'll be back next time!

We arrived late and booked last minute due to a family medical emergency. The room was great - roomy and luxurious - and the staff at check-in and for the valet parking were warm and helpful. Loved our stay, would stay again

The hotel staff were somewhat nice. The bell door younger guys didn’t want to help with luggage. Every time we needed our car it took about 30-35 minutes to get it. The toiletries were open and used. The housekeeping staff was rude and the refrigerator was broken. And of course there was no microwave. The AC didn’t keep the room cool.

Stayed at the Loewes for a couple nights with the hubby. The staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for fun and food. The room was nice and clean and the fitness center, pool and spa were good too.

Good value for a quick overnight stop and full nights rest. The hotel was very clean. Pillows and blankets very soft which the family liked a lot. Good water pressure. Location is easy proximity to explore tourist spots without being on the busy loud main drags. We took a 10 min petty cab bike ride to bourbon and walked all the way down and over to Frenchman. Chose a room with View of the river which was nice, the kids felt “fancy”. Only parking available is valet, but our dually truck was not accepted so we had to park overnight in the lot next door $40. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am on a Saturday which was annoying so do put on the do not disturb sign. AC was working well and strong but my husband said he noticed feeling stuffy from the vents.

The food was wonderful! I had the fried green tomato sandwich & would come back again just for that! It was delicious! The thin fries were perfectly cooked- crispy & not greasy. We were served by Hannah. She was super sweet & just the right amount of attentive. We enjoyed the great service & food Highly recommend!!

Hotel was exceptional on many levels! I left my medicine in the refrigerator by accident an officer by the name of officer Huey went above & beyond to help me! He made sure it was kept safe in refrigerated & was sent to receiving to be overnighted! Receiving was extremely helpful too! For me to live in Tennessee in still get in eye medicine within two days I rate them wayyy above average!!! Thank you Loews Hotel …

We had a three night stay here- our connecting flight was delayed s o we arrived 2am rather than 2pm. Precious on the front desk was really helpful getting us connecting rooms even though our agent had omitted to request this. I would agree with some comments that fittings like showers are a bit tired in that there was a disused mini fridge in our room. But rooms are huge and comfortable and showers worked well. The buffer breakfast was unavailable but no doubt due to everyone using Mothers Diner across the road as cheaper. Fresh beignets we had the first morning were delicious and fresh though. I was pleased overall we chose Lowes for NOLA.

Honestly speaking, I want to highlight the BAR area in this review. The hotel itself needs a bit of TLC. In comparison to other Loews in other states like Arlington TX, the New Orleans location needs to do a deep cleaning and updating of its property. Nice location but lacking in the confit feeling it could give. I actually had to do a bit of cleaning before I felt comfortable enough to relax. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Now the bar, this is actually an excellent place for bar drinking outside of the regular dive bars and tourist traps in the quarter. The drinks are well made and strong. But not I'm drunk strong for no reason. Our Highlighted bartender KEKE is friendly, knows what she's doing when mixing a cocktail, and even willing to go off 5he menu to please the customer. Her personality is infectious. She made an excellent Cosmo and her Strawberry Lemon-drop is delicious. I wish more people were aware of this little gem at Loews, even if you're not staying at the hotel. It's worth the visit. Give it a go and at least try it on your next visit. You won't be disappointed. "Hey KEKE, do you love me" - Drake ()Btw: Try the Non-traditional Gumbo and the Steak Burger!

The hotel was quite dated. The furniture looked like it just came from the thrift store. The desk chair was peeling. It was replaced with another peeling chair. No usb outlets. Fixtures such as mirrors, light, and doors had rusting cosmetic issues.

Very nice hotel just outside the French quarter. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. We stayed on the 15th floor so no noise from the street. Valet parking went well. We definitely would stay here again
