Around about 1 am, some friends and I try to go to this rallys, ahead of us was a group walking away fromThe window as they had been turned away, and an employee shouted "online orders only" while we were still on the sidewalk. So I order online, and wait, then the employee comes back out and says "Uber and doordash only". I ask if my order can be made because the transaction had already gone through. She said "you're going to have to get a refund" and closed the window on me. No offer to help with the refund, No apology, and no food. I wouldn't have been upset if I can been told delivery only when I waked up. But it was not made clear that that was the situation.

Ordered twice for late night food as options are slim. The workers here must be incompetent because they can't pack an order correct. Twice, they have forgotten the fries in my combo. This time not only did they forget the fries, but dipping sauces and straws. Genevieve was the one who packed the order.

By far the Worst Rallys in the City!! Always have their System talking orders even after they closed!! And they're lazy and lousy and the food is Trash!! I constantly be making Blank trips to this place and its costing me money! I hate this Rallys and I'll never referre anyone there!!

After asking for about everything on the menu, and them telling me that they don't have any of it. They finally told me they only have burgers, fries and soft drinks. They gentleman had an increased attitude everything he told me they diddnt have something that was clearly listed on the menu. They forgot to give us one of the fries on the order. The burger was bad, not normal rallys quality. The only positive out of the experience was the fries.
