Ordered through their app, still spent 20 minutes at the window waiting for someone to get to me. Whoever handles their scheduling should probably make sure there's more than 2 people there at lunch. And, after all that, the food was just ok.

This used to be my favorite rallies to come to but I don't know what happened now when you walk up to the window they just look at you and leave you standing out there and don't even come and take your order after 20 minutes I decided to just leave and go eat somewhere else and it wasn't even busy

I'm done with this location. You really need to focus on improving drive through wait times. There were 5 cars ahead of me and it took 31 minutes to receive my food. I wish I could've escaped your drive through line but couldn't. I spent the entirety of my 30 min lunch waiting in line. Unfortunately this is far from the first time, but it will be the last. Apparently, many others have reported this exact issue and it appears to continue.You have a lot of large business in the area with a lot of employees that go out for lunch. Many have ruled out this location due to wait times. Quit losing money and business and make the necessary improvements.

The employees have nasty attitude..the only thing that was fresh were the fries and strawberry fanta..the fish was over

This is probably the worst Rally’s on the New Orleans area. There’s ALWAYS a problem no matter the order.I ordered two chicken tender boxes & paid $12 each for them only to end up with two $2.50 chicken bite boxes, one of them had a tender thrown in there.
