I come daily I love the staff Loren is the best love her energy wish they would not charge me for a 25 cent cup if I'm buying smoothies everyday cause u would throw away good smoothie it should be free just saying

I love this smoothie king it is the one I go to almost daily sometimes twice a day for over a year now I don't come on Sundays cause they don't open til after 10 am the only time I go is when Lauren is working I love her energy and she knows what I want right away they always greet me when I come thru the door and the kids that work there they are trying i will give them that I just wish they would not charge me for a 25 cent cup cause my special smoothie will have over the amount if I am paying that much daily for my smoothie why can't the cup be free u gon throw the over away anyway.

Lionel and his coworker were amazingly helpful and friendly at the General DeGaulle location in New Orleans. They were super busy but they didn’t allow that to affect how they treated their customers

I will not be doing business here ever again! The way the owner debases her young employees in front of customers is unacceptable!!! This has happened on more than one occasion. I just had someone else tell me the same thing without even knowing I had witnessed it too!

I had the pleasure to be helped by Lionel today. I have been wanting to express my experiences with this location. It's very clean, worker's seem to get along well as well as organized and friendly. Keep up the great work. Today I ordered an Island Impact which is so delicious.

PATHETIC! the other day, as I was paying, the attendant did not give me the correct change back. I was told to leave the store for asking what was due to me. I had given an extra cent to round up the amount but that confused her and despite my explanations, she did not really try to understand. She called the young guy who was working with her and instead of correcting the situation, since he could not count more than his teammate, he simply made me feel like a begger because it was a matter of cents, and with rudeness told me to leave rather than taking accountability and admitting to me that they gave me incorrect change. PROBLEM 1: Change given was lacking. PROBLEM 2: the extra cent I gave to round up the change was not processed. PROBLEM 3: I am kicked out of the store for asking what is due to me. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for a customer asking what is due to him is completely unacceptable, and I would hope that Smoothie King agrees. I believe it is essential for this franchise to be aware of such behavior from their employees as it tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise well-regarded establishment. I hope this review brings attention and prompts the management to take appropriate action and that employees are held accountable for their behavior. As for the cash register at the end of the day, that must be a nightmare...

It baffles me that someone can work at a cash register and not know how to calculate change back - and then asks you to leave the store when you explain that you didn't get the right change.... Overall: completely inappropriate behavior from an employee who was incredibly rude.

This smoothie king despite the reviews is like family to me, specifically the manger who remembers me by name. Some employees are not the greatest, but that's because as of recent they are new hires, and are in training and I'm always considerate of that. Overall, I've had a few times where my drink took a little too long since I like to get a smoothie before my shift. But it's still good none the less.

Whats the point of placing a mobile order if you are still going to prepare the walk in orders before mobile orders??? Also watched them drop a cup on the floor,pick it up and still use it to put the walk in order's smoothie in. Just trifling!
